The Green Gate Resort

Location: of the property is really good. It is on the main road itself. They have a restaurant open for all tourist (who are staying in the resort as well as people would like to have a small break while traveling. If you are traveling from pune, it will take roughly 1-1. 5hr depending on where you live. Room: i had booked a super deluxe room facing the mulshi dam. Room was quite spacious and view of the dam s worth while. Room was very clean with all the basic amenities provided. They also had a big bathroom with basic toiletries provided. The terrace had a sit out area to enjoy the view. Food: restaurant is vegetarian. But the main usp here was the restaurant was open whole day till 9:30pm. So we were able to order food during the off hours as well. Food was really tasty and quantity was sufficient for more than 2 people for main course. They have a good options of indian, chinese and they had provided menu of the cafe just opposite of the resort which provided pasta, pizza and burger. Breakfast had limited options but it was very tasty. They have a live dosa counter as well. Also, other than the buffet for breakfast. We had an option to order anything from the breakfast menu note: they also provided a tour of the gaushala, mandir by their transport which is within the property area.

Booked inifnity villa. It’s not an independent villa but set of 4 rooms facing the infinity pool. They take you to your villa using their own cars. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very hospitable. They also set up a bonfire on request but advise you to make such request while checking in itself so that they can arrange for the firewood. The chairs in the balconies are uncomfortable because thir back rest is very low. Room service is prompt and nice. It’s a restaurant by jain owner and therefore the restaurant is all veg. They have italian as well as indian cuisine. We ordered only piri piri fries post our pool session and they were good. We went out to dinner at basho which a non veg restaurant and is around 4-5 kms from there. Breakfast at green gate was far below expectations. The sambar was cold. All the dishes were sweet except misal. Overall the resort is at a beautiful location with serene view, is comfortable but at this price, one expects better taste of food.

PROS-Resort location is very excellent. So much greenery and superb lake view. Food is sooo tasty. Check in process can be more efficient. Staff is good. Excellent service. Bad experience - I requested the staff much prior regarding the room decoration to be done before tge check-in and updated them this info in watsapp as well as asked by them, however when we reached the resort I could not see any room decoration. When asked that why the room is not decorated niether the housekeeping had any answer nor the reception staff. Hence it shows clear negligance toward the ask from the customers. This decoration was supposed to be a surprise but it was all ruined due to the staffs ignorant behavior , even then they charged for worthless decoration.

Its an ideal destination for families and friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The resort offers a serene and a picturesque settings, scenic view provides a perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuventation. Its an excellent spot for unwinding. Tge rooms are spacious clean and well appointed with modern amenities, you can expect comfirt and convenience. Thee swimming pool is the highlight. The restaurant serves delicious food catering different tastes. The chefs special rice bowls are just impressive. The services /hospitality adds to the overall experience making you feel welcome and valued. I highly recommend this resort to anyone planning trip near pune.

Green Gate Resort is an excellent property which is well maintained at a great location on the water edge of Mulshi Lake. The room we stayed in was spacious and luxurious and well appointed. Room had a balcony leading on to garden and then the lake. Bathroom was clean and large. Only negative was that hot water was not available in the tap and shower. The resort has an old world stone wall look, and has nice amenities like pool and play areas which are well maintained. The restaurants at the resort serve great food (even if only veg) and we liked everything we ordered. All in all, can highly recommend this place for a short stay for couples or family. 👍🏻

I recently stayed at green gate resort in mulshi and had a generally positive experience. The property itself was impressive, offering beautiful lake view and comfortable accommodations. The food served at the resort was delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. However, there were a couple of minor issues that detracted from the experience. The ac in the room was noisy, which was a bit bothersome, and the shower in the bathroom didn't work well. Despite this, i still found green gate resort to be a top choice for a relaxing getaway, thanks to its picturesque location and pleasant atmosphere.

I stayed one day in this resort and i loved this place. Stay was very close to the lake. The lake view was very beautiful surrounded by hills and it was very quiet. I was feeling very close to the nature and peaceful being there. There are indoor games like snooker, fuss ball, carrom, table tennis are also available there and i would suggest resort management to look into the maintenance of them. There is a good restaurant inside the resort but only vegetarian food is available there. Breakfast was complimentary and unlimited. Overall the place is very good and i would love to visit it again.

I had a wonderful stay at your The Green Gate Resort. The room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. I especially appreciated the variety and tasty food. One suggestion i have is to improve the wi-fi connectivity in the rooms, as it was sometimes slow. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. Overall, it was a great experience, and i would definitely recommend this The Green Gate Resort to friends and family. I look forward to staying with you again.

Food food and food. Just amazing restaurant and the view is mind blowing. The proper is not so big, but the restaurant is very good. The lawns are maintained pretty well. The view from the swimming pool is also good.

Perfect budget getaway. Enjoyed the overall stay, however would recommend better room interiors, amenities such as mini fridge, microwave as well as better aesthetics of the rooms of infinite villa. The interiors of other villas such as leela which are priced same as infinity villa are better than other villas. Major improvements in the room decor, bedding, lighting of the infinity rooms required. Overall good food and breakfast. Extremely close to lake and has great views and good staff

Visited for one day. The location is great. Very nice view and refreshing nature. Cleaning and room service is good. Food quality is average. Charges are little high.

Fantastic location near Pune ! Pollution free - Waterfront! If you want to enjoy all this do visit this place !

Stay location is awesome, clean and tidy rooms, swimming pool is added advantage, the only thing is that for food you have to order from room and they deliver it in 40-45 mins using The Green Gate Resort vehicles if you choose to stay in any villa, and also if you want to visit the reception area, again request a vehicle which will come to pick and drop. Apart from that the stay was blissful

I had gone for 2 days stay at green gate and my stay was satisfactory. Food taste is good here, location is amazing. Property is kept squeaky clean. Rooms located on lowest ground level has amazing view. But once you step out of your room there are underground tanks which smell. Rooms are good from inside but can do with new ac. They need to maintain their activity room, nothing is maintained there.

Very nice place to stay great experience. Rooms have all necessary stuffs, quite big beds, also had a nice view of lakes. Good service and amenities.
