The room was nice, but the bed mattress was too hard, and the blankets were not set properly. Another issue was that the hot water supply was not continuous, which was inconvenient. The service, however, was good and efficient, with the staff being quick to respond. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was not clean, and for standard room guests, access to the infinity pool was not allowed—something that was not mentioned during the online booking. Instead, the pool available for us was quite small and not worth it. On the positive side, the view of the lake from the room was amazing, and having direct access to the lake was a fantastic experience. As for the food, it was decent, but the in-house restaurant only serves vegetarian dishes, which was a bit disappointing for non-vegetarians. Also, we didn’t like the pizza, though the rest of the food was fine. Overall, while there were some issues, the quick and efficient service from the staff was commendable.

Beautiful, serene and calm. You got to visit this place to believe it. Right from the roads to the room and the food, this place is worth every penny. The pool is an added plus. Make sure to take the rooms which are on the higher side in the mountains as those rooms are with a view and have separate swimming pools. The pool is spick and span with the caretaker and cleaners ensuring that every place of the property is clean. The infinity pool at the top is lovely. Food is excellent. The chef knows what he is doing. There are cars provided by the The Green Gate Resort to take you to your room in the hills for breakfast lunch or dinner and plus point is that you can order in your room if you want. Overall a property worth visiting. Beautifully maintained and hygiene is key here

The location, the ambience, the food, the service, the way staff take care of you... everything was top notch. I stayed there for a night and it was totally worth it. Excellent place to stay during family trips if you want to be close to nature. Special mention for the quality and taste of food. if you are enroute via Mulshi do give it a try.

excellent property, amazing location, huge and very well kept rooms, awesome hospitality and care by the housekeeping and front office staff, and to top it all .super delicious food 🙂 just the right resort for a well deserved break. words cannot express the satisfaction. one needs to be there to experience the bliss 🙂

Stayed here for two nights with my family. My elderly parents and young nephew were part of the group. Everyone had a great time. The natural beauty is a great escape for a quiet time. The rooms are clean and reasonably equipped. The swimming pools are very well maintained. There are many games to pass the time.

this property is 10/10.the location, food, ambience,room service and staff was so friendly and helpful.the room and balcony is spacious and view from balcony is awesome.I really love my stay at this resort . would love to visit again in future 🙂

the property is very nice. Clean, nice location. Food is yummy. Staff is very good. We had issue with AC but the staff took all the efforts to help us to resolve it

The stay had a really good view. Location was really beautiful. It was cozy and facilities were really great.

It was quite a memorable stay, the only issue I found was congested rooms due to low ceiling. Though the view from our room was worth stay.
