Terrible Stay

We were denied check-in at 1030 pm and were told to leave the property. We have a paid and confirmed booking and had to struggle with finding an alternative accommodation late at night.

familyGood things first. Excellent location and jyoti at the reception is sweet in her demeanor. Bad. Food served as breakfast awful. Cold water in shower. No phone in the room. Overall experience is avarage. Jaipur has many better options.

We had taken breakfast in this package but there was no breakfast buffet. We had to choose from their breakfast menu one night before. Rooms were good. But we paid very high amount which was not worth it for that accommodation and facilities

Nice cozy place. Wonderful ambiance. Need to work on services. But overall very nice place to stay, specially if your plan is to explore the city and need a nice cute place to retire by the end of the day.

Not at all good

familyMy stay was quite unpleasant due to various issues. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed and was not very attentive. Additionally, they were rude to our driver. The bathroom lacked hangers, which was inconvenient. There were delays in receiving services, and despite being told that room service was available 24/7, we didn't receive any service when we requested tea. The fan in the room was also initially not working. Overall, this was a basic experience, and i was not satisfied with my stay, despite the decent room setup.

Hotel's rooms are cozy but management is pathetic

Rooms looks - more than good washrooms - tap water flow issues, water leakage from tiles laundry - worst, they were failed to change the laundry. Reason we received was, all are occupied. Management - no one take ownership, they just speak to someone over phone to get any question answered. In my case, i booked 2 rooms with a group, and they don't understand what group means and why they want their room adjacent to each other. Service - worst. Staff person was helpful, but he was the only one to support everyone in the hotel, it was not managed well by the hotel management. They don't have kitchen, but they can serve tea with hefty charges. Visited this hotel over weekend, rooms were cozy and vibrant, but remaining services made us disappointed. Not recommended.

Perfect stay

Phenomenal location, service and food. This place was so amazing. Rooms are extremely spacious, meticulously designed and clean. Room service was quick and everyone is extremely customer service oriented.
