Location of property is nice in surrounding of tea garden and village. Staff was courteous. Clean room and bathroom but no hot water in wash basin.

Property is located quite close to Kohora gate however we booked our Safari from Bagori which was around 30min travel by car. Food offered by the property was average in terms of both taste and variety. Manager took the feedback positively and assured us to improve over it. There are no amenities offered by property, however Manager took us for a Nature's walk in the morning through the tea plantations around the property.

the loaction is excellent...there are tea plantations around the property....the bamboo cottages are beautiful. the food is tasty and prepared on order. Aluwin the manager is helpful. 5

Had an amazing time at Habitas felt very close to nature. Also met the owner of the property and found in very courteous overall and excellent. Stay tried their Assamese Veg Thali & Khichdi Thali found to be good

Excellent cottages with an extra bed if you hv a child and a dressing room. Quiet place so that you can enjoy the quietness of the forest. Very neat and clean place. Price could be a little cheaper for no complimentary breakfast.

The stay was really pleasant, photos do not justify the experience. Early morning walk was really beautiful with tea garden nearby. Even the staff is really courteous. We really loved the food especially got to try the spicy chilly pickle too!
