The Hans Coco Palms

the check in process was smooth... the room was kept ready for us... the room was cosy and tidy... because it's an old property there are certain repairs that needs to be done... but the rooms do have a vintage charm... our balcony had views of the pool and sea from far... room service was prompt and food tasted good... swimming pool is well maintained and supervised constantly... there is a gate which opens directly into the beach and new marine drive road... so access to beach is easy... breakfast was a good spread and variety of options was available... overall a pleasant experience. the only suggestion that I want to give is apart from maintainance, they can also work towards sustainable approach...the first step can be by removing plastic packaged drinking water bottles and replacing them with glass bottles and refilling them whenever required.

Property is located right next to the beach. The location is good. Jagannath puri temple is also within a 2km radius. The rooms were nice and clean, however, seemed a bit old and need some modern upgrades. Complementary wifi never connected, however, 5g mobile data connectivity was working fine inside the room as well. Room service is fast. In-room dining has all basic options and quality of material used is good but the taste of food is okayish. Breakfast food options are limited but filling and tasty. Loved the dosas, sambhar, banana tea cake, cold coffee, tea, chana bhatura, upma, etc. Bathroom fittings are old but worked fine in our case. We could partially see the sea from our balcony. Balcony was spacious but you will have to stand up to watch the sea. Overall a decent property but the price they have charged us seemed too high after the stay.

the resort is well maintained. the service staff is very friendly and helpful. the breakfast spread was good. the reception team needs better training and humbling attitude. the checkout time of 8.00 am is unfriendly 😞 upgrading the rooms with better bathroom will make this place no. 1 property of puri as they are one of the unique once having a huge open garden!. sorry we didn’t not take any pictures at the resort!!

The stay was pleasant, The Hans Coco Palms staff were very polite and helpful. Good parking space and food was very nice. Morning breakfast was good but a bit delay in serving. Overall it was a nice stay and kids friendly

It was a great experience staying at hans coco palm. Amazing hospitality, humble and cooperative staff, prompt service and well maintained. We stayed with our toddler and the resort supported us in every possible way.

Had 3 night stay. Location was excellent in that it was away from the crowded places. Food was very good. Service was very good. However the property is a bit old and the upkeep could be improved somewhat.

The ambiance is very good. One of the royal property in puri. Pool is very good. Most important thing is that the surroundings are full with greenery

We had a wonderful stay. The service is excellent, rooms are clean and spacious. The open area near the pool is beautiful and relaxing. Easy access to the beach.

The ambience of the The Hans Coco Palms is very very nice. The pool, food, staff, and all other amenities were just superb. The only con part is that the room interior is not so tempting. It's very basic.

Location is great, the sea is just on the backyard. Aesthetically decorated, has a good swimming pool. Staff are courteous & helpful. You can enjoy a pool side breakfast early morning.

The stay was very comfortable and soothing. The atmosphere is very good and the location is the best in puri. The beach is very close.
