I booked Hotel Heartland, Trivandrum with advance payment through Makemy Trip app. The proposed check in time was 2 pm. But When I reached the Hotel by 10:50 pm Room is not ready. And the staff asked me to wait in late hours at Reception mentioning that room cleaning was not completed. And I can see other Traveller's are also waiting at the reception waiting for the room in late hours. And after arguing with the Hotel Reception they allocated the room which was not properly cleaned, full of water in floor and Toilet. There is no Toilet floor Mat. And when asked the staff politely placed a Bath Towel on Floor

My stay at The Heartland Business Hotel was disappointing, especially considering .' While the location is convenient, the basic amenities and maintenance were severely lacking. Here are the issues I faced: • Work Facilities: There was no chair available for work in the room, making it impossible to work comfortably. • Basic Hygiene: There were no drinking glasses provided, and I had to specifically order water, which is unacceptable. • Security/Maintenance: I experienced issues with the room door lock and had to contact the hotel staff twice to get it resolved. • Food Services: The hotel does not have a restaurant or any facility to arrange food, which is a major inconvenience for any traveler, let alone a business guest. Overall, the experience was barely average. These fundamental issues need immediate attention before the property can truly qualify as a 'Business Hotel.'

Location is good. Close to railway station. Lacks basic facilities like hot water during rainy season as they rely on Solar. Tried moving the bed close to wall so that the kids don't fall down at night, but the amount of dirt below the bed was a shock. Disgusting actually

The day when I stayed there.One and half hours no electricity. There is no ventilation, fan or Ac did not work because of no electricity.That one and half hours was terrible.The next day lift also didn't work my stay was third floor so coming down and up is very difficult that is also a bad experience. Overall iam not interested.

The location is very good. It is very near the railway station. Again it is in the heart of the city. The rooms are good, cosy and comfortable with sir conditioners. There is one disadvantage. It has no attached restaurant. It has been closed.

The property was well maintained. Room was very clean and well furnished. The linen were clean and fresh. Bathroom was very clean and hot water was available 24 hours. No food taken at the property. The staff were all well very good and behaved well. Over All, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and I do recommend it for others.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas left much to be desired and definitely needs improvement. The quantity of food served was generous, but the quality was just average.
