The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle

I had an amazing stay and experience with the The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle. First the checkin was so smooth and we were served with welcome drink. The staff is very cordial, helpful and professional. We were directed to our rooms. First night we stayed in cottage. It had a old world charm. Personally i found rooms more cozy in winters as they had provision of heaters too. We did order our food from one of the restaurants in The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle but we did not find it good as per our liking. But overall the property, staff, service and ambience of the place is amazing.

Very very good experience. They have very well maintained campus along with superb breakfast. Well behaved staffs. Superb breakfast. Bonfire available every night. You can roam around or enjoy the mountain view from your room also. Worth the teriff. I was thinking of booking mariott which costs more than this The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle but i am happy that i stayed at tripura castle. They arranged me bike on rent. I enjoyed the local sightseeing and police bazar on the same scooty. Dual weather ac was available in the room making room comfortable to sleep when it was cold outside

In the abode of clouds, it was truly a magical and mystical stay at the heritage club, tripura castle. The queens room booked through mm t was excellent with a bedroom, sitting room and a dining space and a oh so spacious and splendid bathroom. The property is spread across acres and beautiful to explore. The staff and service were all great. The food was amazing too but expensive. Returning to the castle after a day full of travel and exploring meghalaya was relieving and relaxing. Loved the stay. Thanks mmt.

It's a beautiful property away from the hustle and bustle of the city, full of old world charm spread across three zones with a buggy service for convenience. Rooms were extremely clean, albeit a little small with all the usual conveniences. The food is decent, breakfast spread good. The service was impeccable, i would definitely give the staff a five star rating. From getting room service to arranging cabs to offering advice on shillong, the staff went out of their way. Definitely recommend this place.

We stayed in this resort for a day and had a very pleasant experience staying in this resort. The room was quite spacious, well maintained and equipped with all the necessary stuff. The view from the balcony was also great. The breakfast spread was good as well with a variety of cuisines to choose from. The bonfire with live music during the evening acted like a cherry on the top. Overall, a great experience and would recommend this resort highly to everyone travel-ling to shillong for a vacation.

We recently stayed at the heritage club, tirupur castle in shillong and had a wonderful experience. Bobby, one of the staff members, was especially helpful during our stay. She provided us with great assistance and made our interaction with her memorable. The overall stay at the heritage club was pleasant. The accommodations were comfortable and the amenities were satisfactory. The location of the club added to its charm, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The property is amazing. It is spread across a large area facing the forests and the valleys. Every part of the property gives you a different view that is beautiful. The rooms are very clean and full of amenities. The staff is very courteous. They have a scrumptious breakfast spread. The food is amazing. We met the head chef choy and he treated us with deliciously cooked food and desserts. Our stay was very relaxing and rejuvenating.

I had booked a queen suite, the view of the city was amazing from my personal balcony. Well when the view takes you to serenity, the The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle's top notch service and hospitality humbles you. The staff is very well behaved and tries to help you in every possible way. I would never go anywhere else for my subsequent visits to shillong, that's how much I love this The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle.

Blissful experience in a lovely stay at a beautiful and pleasant location. The The Heritage Club - Tripura Castle actually seems like a castle as the name justifies.

Property rooms are spacious clean. But restaurant staff was highly mismanaged on christmas eve we have ordered simple starter and soup they took half an hour after half an hour wait they served cold soup. Can’t go outside for alternative food option as property is not near to city. Decoration and atmosphere is good but location is quite far from city.

Those who like to escape from city’s hectic life, this resort is the perfect place to stay in a very calm, quiet with a natural surroundings of pine trees and sound of birds & stream. Rooms are spacious clean with a large balcony. Breakfast has variety and tastes awesome, even foods we ordered are tasty. Room services is very prompt and friendly.

Beautiful property, located in a scenic and secluded area away from crowded central shillong. The restaurant and breakfast service, however, could have been better: there were too many people and the staff were hassled and not very courteous.

A modern touch to the old castle. Spacious rooms with few antique interiors. Private garden. Good view around. Neatly maintained the common places. Battery vehicles available within the campus. The breakfast spread was good and tasty. Overall a great experience. Value for money. Would highly recommend for a comfy relaxing stay.

Stay and service was great. But wifi was a let down, couldn’t get any work done. If a property like this providing wifi, the wifi should be able to sustain decent speeds. Even whatsapp was not opening over the wifi and since my handset’s air-tel network was also sketchy i couldn’t use my phone’s network to get work done and be connected. Other than wifi problem everything else was good.

The stay in the property - heritage wing was wonderful. The property is beautiful and the staff are courteous. However, don't recommend the dinner buffet, that was horrible. Breakfast was great. Overall a good stay
