This is a very nice property - its a home away from home , the staff is very courteous, food taste is good and the surrounding is serene with beauty.

The room was comfortable and large the staff obliging and accommodative and the food was tasty. All in all a satisfying stay. Parking and the grounds were excellent. Very happy with the heritage convention accommodation.

Hotel location, rooms and environment is best in the city. Restaurant staff were not trained enough. Tandoori roti are best but sabjis need improvements.

For some reason MMT prices were almost half of what the property stated directly. I was skeptical but still went ahead. It’s more of a palatial feeling than being in a hotel. Great ambience, good food (only veg available)

racist, abusive, illiterate and hostile staff. no courtesy for solo travelers. made fun of me for being a bihari. hurled abuses at my god like parents . then asked me to shut my mouth and go back to my room like some kid

Food is average in taste compared to other restaurants. service is good. Rates running the whole night... Disgusting.

ok service and behaviour I will not recommend and allow stay there due to behaviour concern with staff and they are not known about hospitality.

Hotel management told to discuss in cancellation, but without informing me wrote mail to maker my trip saying that they disagree with cancellation.

Was a great stay only in morning hot water was not available but than also it was a great stay.

I was surprised to find such a good hotel in sagar, we stayed in deluxe rooms, the rooms were very neat and clean. Staff was very good and we did not face a single issue be it in finding the hotel or with the staff. A must stay hotel for your trip to sagar.
