Beautiful houseboat with beautiful interiors and just like a five star palace on water. The houseboat has the best location and full air conditioning and the food was just like home made food with lots of varieties. All the rooms are very spacious and very neat and clean and good hygiene. This was my best stay in my one week tour of kashmir. The people working on these houseboats are very well trained and they treated us like king and i wanted to stay another night on this beautiful houseboat but my bad luck as they were fully booked for best days

What a great stay. We had the best two nights stay at the Heritage houseboats. These houseboats are very well decorated with beautifully carved furniture of walnut wood. The wash rooms are very clean. The food quality was the best with many many varieties. The location is the best. We really enjoyed the shikara ride on the lake and we got a great deal for it. Mr. Hanan helped us with the transportation . They have very very professional staff.

The place excellent corner boat The Heritage Group of Houseboats named as young beauty star. Its ambience is excellent. They distance from ghat 9 is short. The only hind site is some times boat persons didn't like to transport to the s**** frequently

Not expected such a luxury houseboat in middle of lake. Each and everything was quite good the view from houseboat the luxurious washroom attached with bedroom then dinning and common area was very neat and attractive
