Staff was very cooperative and servicing was amazing no words for the beauty near the residence and the best part was the room

Property is too good and has all the sources of entertainment. One of the best properties for the family. Location, amenities, breakfast buffet and overall services are up to the mark. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay over there and will recommend it to others as well.

I stayed in highland park for 3 days and it was truly amazing . I was not eager for sight seeing and so i was in the hotel for most of the time. I had great time

The property is advertised as hill and mountain facing but it’s actually a slum facing . Also , it’s mentioned that the room has a celing fan but in reality it’s not there

Waiter or we can say servants are not good , They enterned in room without knocking the room this mistake repeat 2 times at the end i have to tell him , that please don’t come in room before knock !!

Stay was good and property have grate views and mentioned also no complaint for food and property I am full satisfied with my stay . We did wait for more then one hour in our check-in time and this is not good for a guest’s who’s coming from far locations.

The deluxe room offered was relatively small, especially considering the pricing and did not provide value for money. Comparable hotels in the 3000–4000 range typically offer more spacious accommodations in the same category. However, the hotel premises were clean, hygienic and visually appealing. The buffet featured a decent variety of options, though the taste was somewhat underwhelming. It is important to reiterate that the deluxe room felt quite cramped, even for a couple. On a positive note, the hotel staff was courteous and professional in their conduct.

Location - Good , has great views of snow capped mountains , flowing river nearby, will be peaceful. Room- can better better, it’s neat, view is okay, washroom was okay - it’s above average . Room service - ordered mutton and roti - food is good , breakfast buffet at best is average

Hotel staff were not prompt in their service. The prime selling point of hotel is its Location - river side...but that was not accessible because of construction work which was not notified anywhere. the hotel ia highly overpriced given their services

The property is well-maintained and clean, but the room felt too small for a family stay. The location is good, and the view from the hotel is quite nice. The staff members are courteous and helpful, which enhances the overall experience. The food quality is decent, though the taste could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with room for improvement in the dining experience.

I stay in this resort for 3 nights .we opt royal suite with private balcony with beautiful view of snow mountains & jacuzzi in the bathroom I’m writing this to express my sincere gratitude for your hotel's exceptional hospitality and service during my recent stay & specially Mr.Dev thakur I truly appreciate all your efforts. I booked this hotel planning a 2nights stay in decent hotel in Manali with family. My primary reason to book this hotel was for nice river and Mountain Views. However I am not very impressed with those views. The river bed was under construction with no river access or view at all. There are some views of snowy mountains but you have to struggle getting those views from some corners of the hotel garden. We had booked deluxe rooms on the ground floor which didn’t have any views. However the other expensive rooms on first floors were also didn’t have very impressive full Mountain Views. The property is quite new and very well maintained with gardens and fountains. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with too many food options. The location is also quite good, not very far from Manali Mall road by car. They have a nice car parking (though small) with sleeping arrangement for the drivers. Dominos, some good cafes and Hotel Sher-e-Panjab are nearby. Also some good eateries for driver nearby. People are courteous and service is prompt.They also have a small gym. They arrange small bonfires in garden area in the evening. Except missing the river and Mountain Views it was a pleasant experience staying in this hotel.

all are very satisfying,, foob is very much tasty. Rooms are cozy nd staffs are friendly ..........

hotel is good. but buffet are not there in both breakfast and dinner. food quality need improvement .
