My recent stay at the highland park was absolutely fantastic! from the moment i stepped into the reception, i was greeted warmly by the staff who made check-in a breeze. The rooms have designed with modern decor, cleanliness, and stunning views of the city. What impressed me the most was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly fulfilling any requests i had, their attentiveness was truly commendable. The amenities at the highland park were also top-notch. I enjoyed relaxing by the beautifully landscaped garden area. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different dietary preferences. The location of the resort was 5-7 km away from the mall road (towards rohtang pass route, which gives you the complete relaxe. Overall, i cannot say enough positive things about my experience at the highland park. It was clear that the staff takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality, making my stay memorable and enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future and would highly recommend to anyone visiting manali. Cons: as we reached early in the morning and we requested for room but as per their policy we need to wait upto 11 am, so on this point they need to think for the comfort of the visitors who travels from other cities.

I stayed at highland park for two nights during the first week of december, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were exceptionally professional and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. The resort is situated in a beautiful location, and the room offered a stunning view. The food was absolutely delicious! while they offer a great buffet, you also have the option to order dinner to your room, which is a fantastic service. The breakfast buffet was delightful, featuring a variety of options to suit different tastes. my stay was pleasant, nice river front room provided by staff was quiet well .Beautiful view of mountains , Food section was also excellent huge variety with quality provided, all amenities are okay and well maintained, on other hand service was also excellent. one must consider highland park for excellent stay at manali location was also good...easily reach from mall road approx 5 km . good environment provided by The Highland Park (A Centrally Heated River Side Resort) for stay.

We booked Luxury room & trust me the early morning view is breathtaking. If you want to experience 360• view can book suit room. It was my 1st time in manali & it was a great stay in this range. Positive points: 1. Tasty food especially for us who prefer less spicy. 2. Kids friendly open space garden having some rides, its safe as well due to good fencing on the perimeter. 3. Access to the river side. Negative points: 1. No shed area in the garden (for instances when you wish to sit out in rain or sunny days) overall good experience

Most courteous staff and the location is one of the best with mountain view. During the snowfall resort looks magnificent. The food is great and made with care.
