The staff is very courteous. Property is beautiful, well maintained and clean. Food is excellent too

The staff was rude and was scolding us for not waking up on time and having breakfast. He talked rudely to my wife when she mentioned we don’t want to have breakfast. Lack of professionalism and no hot water available.

Our experience at the hotel was quite amazing. The hotel is near Hunder Sand Dunes and Diskit Monastery. It has warm running water all the time. Considering the low temperature of Nubra Valley it was such a relief. The hotel was also neat and clean. The food was ok ok. But the valley is very far from Leh and considering the low access to food and amenities the food was nice. The overall experience of this hotel was good. I'll recommend it highly

Hotel location is awesome with all rooms attached with balcony mountain facing..Rooms are big enough and very comfortable...staff is very helpful and polite... breakfast and dinner spread is good and tasty..Overall good stay ..hotel having huge parking and nice garden surrounded by mountains..24 hrs light and hot water facilities provided for guests.

Glacier view guest house was a perfect choice for our stay. Umar, faisal, ubaid & yaw-er were great hosts who made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Their hospitality & warmth was a class apart. I liked the cleanliness & the proximity of the house to the main locations. The rate too was reasonable. I highly recommend this venue for your stay. It was a pleasant stay, the manager was good, staff was pleasant and hotel was well furnished.

Rooms were clean and view from balcony was nice the stay was comfortable with 24x7 running hot water and centralized heater only thing was it took too much time the water to be at normal temperature. Food was also tasty overall comfortable stay when outside temperature was in negative. Thanks hill crest for the overall hospitality.
