The location is very scenic and every window you open or view from the balcony is pleasing with nature in different forms. The place is serene and relaxing. A big thanks to mr. Ashwath and his courteous staff who were very considerate and supportive. The place has decent rooms, minimal recreational activities for children, no elevators which could be a little inconvenience for elderly folks and the food was moderate. Overall it was a good experience nestling with the nature’s beauty.

Lot of disturbance is there. Electricity problem, bathroom smell is there, no intercom service all phones dead, service was not good. 3

Went as a family to this resort. Booked a room with 6 beds which was spacious enough. The location was good with play areas. Swimming pool was not tidy, had sand in the floor with lots of leaves. Felt it was not properly maintained. The breakfast was good. Lots of places to roam around and click photos

Booked for 2 nights but on day 1 we were not allowed to use any of the facilities although we had paid for it. Day 2 we saw that most of the equipments in children play area were broken, rusted and not well maintained. Zip liner was out of order although they show off in photo while booking to collect the money. Breakfast has very less options. Swimming pool was not maintained and was muddy. Overall i feel it was money making gimmick.

Pros: the staff especially at the reception were very welcoming and cordial. The service was very good. The location is good and you can see elephant rock from the property. Cons : the food was never served on time it was served late at least by 30mins, and it was average. The amenities are not maintained properly some are damaged even. The rooms we got were also average. Overall it is not worth the money we are paying for the stay

It is very serene place with an amazing view of mountains and greenery. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean. The pool and bonfire are exceptional.

We were given room G2 that was at the reception. so no privacy. whatever you are saying can be heard outside. It had no ventilation and had a musty smell. There was no hot water and the tv was not functioning. I wonder what we were being charged for. Moreover your room is filled with light from the reception in the night. so no sleep. And to top it all the guys at the reception are delusional that the room is up to standards and none of the above are real problems. Sometimes you are dissatisfied as the room is not up to your expected standards but this was a horrific experience as the room didn’t have any standards. And the staff there couldn’t care less.

it was superb more than we expected.comfortable for family and well behaviour staffs ,clean,amenities and other activities are amazing 😍😍.

We spent 4 days during the week of on-am and resort arranged various games for all the guests. We have unimaginable fun with other guests and staff. Resort staff seemed more like friends. They were always there for us for making the stay just not confortable but remember-able aswell. Resort estate has a beautiful park for both kids and adults. I loved being on the resort state so much that we decide to spent-bone whole day in the resort is self rather tha exploring wayanad. I would love to go back and stay there.

Stayed here during first week of January 2020, very helpful and polite staff, I was called before check in and shared the location for convenience, liked the way it was handled. I would recommend my relatives and friends.

We liked the view and all the facilities available there. Food was good and all the staffs at resort welcomed as with very beautiful smiles. Ask anything at anytime you will find it available. Thank you all for making this trip memorable.

This is a club converted into a resort swimming pool is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Food is average not many options available, they give buffet with very limited options of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. For kids will enjoy since it has park and birds ducks and camp fire is also nice.
