Our stay at hotel hill inn guptkashi was fantastic! the service was prompt and courteous, and the staff made us feel right at home. The room was spotless and the bed sheets were fresh and clean. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast with a variety of tasty options, and there were no issues with the food quality. The hot water was readily available, making our stay comfortable. Despite some reviews, we found the hotel to be exactly as advertised, providing great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay at hotel hill inn guptkashi was very bad. The bed sheets and room were not cleaned properly. The breakfast was served without salt and was containing stones-in the breakfast poha served to us. There was no hot water coming in the tap or shower as giezer was not working properly

The rooms were not up to the mark keeping in mind the price i paid for 1 night. Linen was dirty & uncleaned. The hot water connection was also not proper. However the hospitality & service was prompt and good.

There are insects everywhere, and it's not like the picture, there is black mold on the pillow, not worth the money.

We travel-led as a group of 9 people and the owner pawan was a very nice guy. He was very helpful during our stay whatever we asked for he brought for us. We were very late from kedarnath darshan but he waited for us till night 12 and prepared hot food for us and whatever we asked he prepared. Room were very neat and clean. Very friendly owner and it is at a very good location

A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very good with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

Staff is friendly, food is good. Rooms found ok. But not professional approach towards the service. It does not have reception or house keeping incharge. Around 3. 5km away from the main street. Hard to find the location. As per your statements amount is 11265 and i totally paid him total 18050( this is excluding the 2830 which i have paid at the time of booking)so the total journey charged me . Lots of hidden charges are there. Again i have not travel-led the expected km( i. E. 704 km) still he took so much. He dropped me to the airport round 1:30pm. During the entire journey from 29/6/23 to 1/7/23, i did not turn on the ac even once. Which is unbelievable.

I stay in this hotel with my family for 2 nights. Resort location is very peaceful and having amazing view from room and food was nice and room was cleaned and hygienic. Hotel staff was good. And good services 👍

I highly recommend the hills inn for family and couples. It is an awesome property which has the most amazing wake up view. The white hills are visible from the balcony as soon as you wake up. The staff is very helpful and generous. Despite the fact, in mountain only the basic necessities can be fulfilled but this property has everything that a 5 star should have. The chef is too good in his cooking and the morning buffet was my favourite.
