The The Hotel Hindusthan International (HHI Pune) hinduism international is a brand and probably they won't count my feedback that seriously, but still i do as part of my duty and being a mm t gold member. Although, i booked this property of h hi for one full day and night, but to floods in pune and my prolonged business commitments i could reach this place and check in at 8pm instead 12pm which i timely intimated to their front desk and a complementary soon i entered they welcomed with a sweet gesture of complementary, upgraded my room to executive suite and had taken special care and ensured all my genuine concerned are met both in terms of food and the accomodation, therefore it's always a treasure, and i comp-lent this as a great business approach to valued customer which exactly what i mentioned in my previous reviews to The Hotel Hindusthan International (HHI Pune) 7 apples as this particular approach was completely missing although my situation was more or less same there in nasik as well, but in a business the gesture of h hi is excellent and it stands out among-st all other members.

The The Hotel Hindusthan International (HHI Pune) stay was comfortable and the staff were very cordial and cooperative. The check in and check out process was relatively simple and hassle free. The The Hotel Hindusthan International (HHI Pune) interior and reception lounge area is elegantly maintained. The rooms were decently clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner and well maintained. One of the walls of the bathroom was a closed wooden door connected to the wardrobe in the room. There was drinking water and other facilities provided in the room which was good. Overall a positive stay but there is scope for improvement in terms of a better customer experience.

first time in hhi,,,, had a great stay i must say,,, room was great and the room services was like magic i called them and they r in the door,,,,, good view/ clean room / fantastic shower flow in washroom / after that i had free breskst which was very tasty wth a team who were serving the brkfst... they were all very active helful and great in serving... hhi is my fav now and in my nxt visit to any state i will serch fr hhi..... great👍🏽 hhi keep it up... gdmullick..

The property is very convenient to the airport. Hence location is great. Easy checkin and checkout process. The staff is also good. Food can have more variety. Also the key card gave some issue, so had to take the help of the staff multiple times. But theybwere glad to help. Also the tv remote and mini bar had issues on operation, but that can be ignored.

Service was very good. Staff was very supportive and room service food service was excellence. Our stay was very great and joyfull without any hassle. The view from the The Hotel Hindusthan International (HHI Pune) was very good specially in rainy time

The property was well maintained, but there were bed bugs in the bed, which irritated a lot, also if you have a bath tub in the washroom, why won't you allow a customer to use that. H hi should maintain the above maintained things, rest all was good.

Best experience only the ac wasn’t working well otherwise the propert is very good and well organised

It was nice experience staying there for 2 nights. Staff was excellent and cooperative. Kitchen items very delicious.
