View was great. 1. Main issue was cleanness, carpet was extremely dirty our foot got black while walking on carpet 2. bed sheet were not that clean.

The road to this apartment was very disgusting. Very tight single road with ups & down makes the way difficult to reach. Apartment was good but some equipments were not working like geyser & chimney.

Location of the villa is not safe and driving to the place is tough

family1. Did not like the location of the villa. Is more than 9-10 kms from mall road which is around 35 mins. 2. The drive to the villa is extremely steep and tough. Being an experienced driver myself, i faced issues getting up and down from the parking. 3. Mobility issue is there. No shops or market nearby. You have to drive up on a steep road for 1 km to reach a proper market/shop to buy stuff. Nonetheless, the staff members are helpful. Ash u was a nice host and caretaker to us.

The property's nearby is mostly under construction. The flat is a different place from inside and outside. Infra wise it was beautiful, but in terms of service we really had a bad experience. No lifts were working on the property, there is an ac placed just above the entry gate of the apartment, which was leaking throughout our 3 days stay and there was water logged and collected on the entry itself. Washroom were stinking on day 1, which we asked to clean again. The food is average but extremely costly in the in house services. Ashu tried to give the required services, but he seem to managing multiple flats there hence things were very delayed. Honestly, i visit kasauli as a go to place for my mountain calling desire and i have been to a lot more better places than this one. Considering the property rates, i really expected much much better experience. I can say property is average or good, but overall experience was not good for us there.
