Hosteller is a friendly place. It is also very very close to metro station. And it is safe for a female traveller as well. The food is average, clean and hygienic but not very delicious. The cleanliness in the bathroom should definitely be improved. Staff is helpful but the entire building isn’t as maintained as it should be. The wardrobe/ space below bed to keep the bags has spider web and dusty. When I asked the staff to clean it - he said "baad me hoga abhi nai". Considering everything - it is not a bad place to stay. If you’re traveling to Delhi looking for a safe place, you can consider hosteller.

I had a great stay at The Hosteller Delhi! The vibe was super chill, and the common areas were always buzzing with energy. The rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for backpackers and solo travellers. Stay was good, but food is worst. Never try brownie as a dessert option, The brownie was extremely dense and hard, making it difficult to cut and chew. It was so brittle that it crumbled rather than offering a pleasant, soft bite. A proper brownie should be gooey or at least chewy, but this felt dried out.

It’s my first time trying to stay in a hostellers, trust me it better than a regular hotel. It’s clean, hygiene and everything is at the right place. Others tried copying the same model but they are not even close. Food was delicious and clean. Love to visit again.

“My experience at hosteller was extremely disappointing. The property is badly managed, and the staff members are neither professional nor sensible. Instead of making guests feel comfortable, they lack even basic courtesy and understanding. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and there was no sense of responsibility shown by the team. For a brand that claims to provide a good backpacker experience, this was the opposite. I would strongly advise future travelers to be cautious before booking, as the level of service and staff behavior was far below expectations.”

During your stay, your car was parked in front of the petrol pump, due to which the staff from the petrol pump requested us to have it removed.
