The Hosteller Goa, Anjuna

I stayed for two nights here and had a very pleasant stay. The boys are always there to help you with the things you need be it rentals, food or any other services you’re looking for. Another big reason I stayed here was the location. Anjuna beach is at a walking distance and also you can rent a scooter and go to ashvem and vagator beach which is near by. The kitchen was closed when I was staying here but there’s plenty of options available around or you can just order online and have it there. If you’re looking some places clean, safe with a very friendly staffs this is the place to stay. Just book it!👍🏻

In summary— a great hostel stay experience! The community manager, Shiv, is an absolute treasure. All guests were good and I was fortunate to meet some very good folks and make some great friends! They play great music in the lobby area, which always makes for a great vibe. There’s a fooseball table too, if you are interested. There is RO drinking water for free. The only improvement area I would mention is the consistency of water force in the basin and shower. Also, overall, keep your expectations of a hostel stay, not of a The Hosteller Goa, Anjuna, but a great hostel stay for sure!

Everything about this stay is more than great. Staying here makes your every single day worth living. The best part is the host the best Shiv aka Baba, he will make your everyday in goa full of memorable moments. And If you're a solo traveller then he will make even travelling plans for you and his suggestion regarding food places are just inevitable. The whole staff is not just staff but will be your friend for your whole stay. The place is cozy, clean and full of amazing people. Coming here once will make you stay here forever or just come back again and again.

I would say that food was decent as well as affordable. They serve basic vegetarian food which is great. Hygiene is well maintained. Travel cost from north Goa airport in public transport (airport to mapusa in KADAMBA transport and then Mapusa to Anjuna bus stop) is ₹180 only. There are frequent buses between Anjuna and Mapusa. One has to take a walk of about 2.5 km (3500 steps) from Anjuna bus stop to THE HOSTELLER. The hostel is located about 200 m from the beach which is good.

The property is located close to the anujna beach, but the road are quite isolated and no street light, might be to travel at night. The cafe was under renovation hence no comments on food. The property has maintained good hygiene, the room and washroom was clean. Big thanks to roy and om, who were very friendly and make the stay comfortable. Being the first experience staying in hosteller, it was a good one, would definitely consider hosteller next time.

The property location was great and it was very neatly maintained. There was just the food issue but again the cafe was going through renovation of sorts so it's understandable. The host provided me contact of a The Hosteller Goa, Anjuna that quickly delivered food to the hostel in less than 30 mins. All in all my stay was wonderful and if I am ever in Goa again near Anjuna I will staying at the Hostellers for sure.

Stayed for 3 days with an absolutely blissful experience. Noor Bhai om at the reception and all others. Utmost friendly staff. Absolutely loved the place. No wonder they are always overbooked. Never think twice before booking this place ever. Beach at the vicinity, cafe open till 3am with everything available and served within 20 minutes and activities on daily basis ! what else can one ask for in a hostel set-up.

I chose this for my first solo travel and I wasn't disappointed. The room was clean and in house food was good too ! The location is good , just 5 minutes walk takes you to a cliff overlooking the Anjuna beach and the sunset from this place was amazing ! The overall vibe was very safe and I would love to come back here on my next goa trip 😄

I was travel-ling solo and had a great experience. It was quite a fun stay and i would like to come back again.

The place's location is very good. There is no free car parking in the hostel premises. You have to pay for parking your car. Also, food is not available at the property. So be prepared for that.

Best stay option near to Anjuna beach for solo travellers. As a female traveller I felt much safe and secure here. Vibes are awesome. Host Shiva Aditya always kept the vibe on and he is the best. Nitesh and Harshit have very well managed the The Hosteller Goa, Anjuna operations. Now this is going to be my everytime Goa chill place 😄

It was my first time staying in a hostel & the experience was excellent. It's a very happening hostel, with good food & a wonderful staff.

The hostel dorms are nice, clean, and safe to stay. Met a lot of other travellers and enjoyed a great deal of time with them. Even the food at the hosteller is great. Although the menu is limited, they are well made and taste delicious.

While the property is value for money, the lack of car parking (it has a paid parking where charges range from 100-300 everytime you take the car, the size of the private cottage (my head would hit the ceiling & i had to hunch to walk around) and the fact that there was a rat under the floor are huge drawbacks for the private cottages.
