The Hosteller Gokarna

In terms of location, "hosteller" is situated within 5 mins walk from the kudle beach. The staff are friendly. However a couple of things to note: 1. It is primarily a hostel and not a The Hosteller Gokarna. So, you need to plan and prepare accordingly. Do not expect a widespread complimentary breakfast or lot of options on offer. It has a small cafe attached where limited options are available and that too after a 25 to 30 mins wait. So, breakfast is pure- defined for the day with just a couple of options. If you need anything else you need to pay and also wait. 2. This is suited for the younger population. They have table tennis and a foosball table, karaoke set, beat box, guitar etc kept where a lot of social gatherings happen during the evening. However there is no end time. The music may continue till 1 am or even later. So, while the place has a lot of vibrant and dynamic energy associated with the younger generation, this is not for family stay or for those staying with kids.

We had an excellent and memorable stay at the Hosteller, Gokarna. The property is clean and vibrant and is nicely maintained. All the staff are cooperative and always eager to help with a smiling face. The food was great and the location is also good with just 5 mins walk to the beach.

Great location. Near to kudle beach and amenities are top class. The games room and pool were the best parts! highly recommended. Only downside is the road is hilly to reach this. And the cafe provides only veg food in this stay. Overall a great experience.

Hostel was clean well maintained staff and admin were friendly food was good it’s located very close to the beach it was a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend others to try it

I stayed there for only a day as booking wasn't available further. Good place if you want everything under the roof. Only issue is late check in time whereas normal check out time.

Clean place to stay but getting there from main town centre is difficult. Good access to beach. Nice rooftop view and fun activities
