The rooms were super clean it was crystal clear. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. There was just one issue the room could have better ventilation without air conditioning. There were no window sections which can be opened for fresh air.

I stayed for 2 nights. Neat and tidy room. No lock or towel provided; one needs to pay for them separately. The lamp above the bed wasn't working so it was a bit dim in my lower bed, even after switching on room lights. The length of the mattress was just enough for me (I am 1.62 m tall) but it may not be enough for a tall person.

Food was okay, in facilities - warm water was an issue. I think they use normal lukewarm water which was almost cold. No room service. In other hosteller locations, they allowed to eat in room. Here we could eat only in their cafe. (Rooftop terrace) Quite clean and central location. Overall was good.
