The kitchen was under maintenance. Hence no food available in the premise. We had to order in every time we feel hungry or plan in advance. We were the only people booked in the property. Being a hostel, we were expecting to meet new people. Inturn the stay was quite boring. The staff also is not very warm or welcoming.

Hosteller did meet our expectations when it comes to location, amenities, services and food. The staff ( Ms. Pragya and Mr. Shibin) were too good at their job. In summary, service level was in a class of its own.

Pathetic service, Uncomfortably small room & No vibe in the place

We stayed here for 3 days. We didn’t like the experience for the following reasons- 1. Room is not good. Very small. Doesn’t feel very hygienic. 2. No hot water in the bathroom. I requested multiple time to het this checked. Firstly they say we fixed but it never got fixed. They told me you have to keep it open for sometime to get hot water, it doesn’t work. I asked them you check in front of me, the water was not hot. They said we will see what we can do about it. It never got fixed. This is when it was raining incessantly and we need to bathe with hot water. 3. There is no vibe in the place as compared to zostel. The food is sub par. Community, food and all the experience are better at zostel. I personally am never booking another hosteler.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The atmosphere was chill and vibrant — perfect for relaxing or meeting new people. I met some truly awesome souls here who made my trip even more memorable. The faculty were incredibly friendly and helpful, always around with a smile and a good vibe. Good Stay
Nice clean hostel. We stayed in private room and it was very spacious and big. Check in and ID verification is using app. Only negative for me was too much use of cleaner spray in the room and fumes were too much for me, but after opening windows it cleared out after a while

Stay is really good and clean. Great vibes. Good play area and nice staffs. Common area is good and neat to use. Swimming pool can be cleaned. Food is overpriced and there is delay in delivery.
