The Hotel Kasturi

I stay here for 2 days, rooms are very nice and spacious along with a great views of hill from window. Bathroom is also spacious and clean. It is located near Gangtok fire station, just 5 to 7 minutes distance from mall road. Food quality is good and room service is very good. Mr. Kishore sir is a very good man and also very helpful person. As a whole it's a good stay in a great location with an affordable price. So don't worry about The Hotel Kasturi rooms and services must stay here without any hesitation.

I booked a room which has the mountain view. So beautiful cant imagine. But for that we have to take the stairs to 5th floor. Yes. Fifth floor. We can't even mustered our courage to hike again so ordered for room service. Food was so so. One meal was smelling others were fine. All vegetarian food was on the menu. Room was sufficiently spacious-with four beds as per our necessity. Nice amenities. Just the stairs with huge travel bags are painful. Rest was good

Hotel is pretty good and a decent one. It is in an excellent location. Room service and food was good and offered at a reasonable price. MG Marg is at a walkable distance and many options to eat and shop outside. One problem is that room gets very cold at night as there are no options provided for room heating. The blankets provided are very cheap. Other than this The Hotel Kasturi is very worthy for the price.

The location was pretty much at The center of The City. Closest to taste buds of both local and multi-cuisine, taxi stand, ATM, medical facilities, and most importantly The heart of The City, mg marg. Just one step away for all facilities with affordable price. The food quality was good. The staff was courteous. The service provided by the staff was overall good.

We stayed at super deluxe room which we got after clearing a confusion with booking details, their room and services were very comfortable for family of 3 persons, having descent view of Kanchanjangha range from windows, taxi and SNT bus stand, vegetarian restaurant only with good food at reasonable prices. Overall I Am satisfied.

It was a pleasant stay at The Hotel. Very clean outwardly and inside. Only veg food served in this Hotel. Room a bit suffocating as no windows opening at outside. Window opens at corridor and people walking on it. So bit disturbing. Otherwise very good rooms with great ambiance. Tv Gitzer sofa table charging point all available.

I booked 4 bedded deluxe room, well equipped, clean and airy. Free 24hrs wifi is really helpful to stay connected with family and friends. Foods are veg but fresh and tasty. Above all staffs are cooperative and the manager of this property mr. Dinesh suba is very kind and helpful. In one word he is a man of golden heart

Stayed just for one night. Location of The Hotel is a big plus point. MG market is just 2-3 min walk from there. Cleanliness and staff behavior was really good. Room wasn't very spacious but it was not a big issue for me. But if you want to spend your time in a calm and quiet place then you should avoid it.

Good The Hotel Kasturi to stay for. However, there should be more options for food.

The The Hotel Kasturi was very clean. Bathrooms are more than enough clean and there was hot water also. Food is total veg and The quality and taste is awesome.

A right choice to stay. Foods are testy and platters are overall hygienic. Only drawback is that, non veg food items are not available.
