location is good, foods are best and services is very good, also rooms are clean

Rooms were not clean. a nd very portly painted. Also there were cobwebs in room and bathroom. Also there were no washbasin in bathroom. Only one room was provided with AC out of 2 rooms booked.. Require discount since only one room was provided with Ac. Also lighting was very drab

The entire area including the gardens, sitting areas, and accommodation is really well kempt. The restaurant and bar is a little on the smaller side but does the job. There is a smoking area beside the bar as well which is again, very pretty.

Exceeded my expectations.A beautiful well maintained property manned by courteous staff. Room interors are thoughtfully done . Food and the restaurant is superb.The premium rooms in second floors have a balcony with beautiful view. But the property lacks lift , So if you have older people prefer ground floor Already reviewed

Resort location is good. Front yard and building is also nice. Has a premium look. Rooms are spacious. But our experience got ruined when we saw lid of one of the toilet is broken and they have put shower gel and shampoo inside half litre used water bottles. I did complain and they replaced them immediately. I was disappointed because you don’t expect such things from premium resorts like these. Finally to add to my disappointment on of the room has a sour smell about which i didn’t complain because i had enuf.

Room condition and facilities/amenities like toiletries are good. Stay is comfortable. Campus is good. SPA may bring more customers. Food quality varies are also good, may introduce live kitchen for South Indian dishes. I would like to stay in future as well, hope Hotel may not have objections if some guests/visitors come and meet the travelers in hotel room.

One of the best stays in Namsai. Everything about the stay was top notch. Friendly staffs to classy and elegant rooms evrything was perfect.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and basic amenities well-maintained. The staff were polite and attentive, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free stay. Overall, it's a comfortable and convenient option, ideal for short visits. Few amenities required; Hair dryer, bath rope, proper working Wi-Fi.
