The Hotel Relax

Hotel relax is located on the highway, 1. 5 kms prior to kankavli bus stand. If one is travel-ling from mumbai to kankavli then this The Hotel Relax will come first and then the designated stop at kankavli. Even though it is located on the highway, the place and surroundings are very silent; there is hardly any noise which reaches the room though there is vehicular movement all through the day & night. The room size is big enough and can accommodate 4 persons easily. The air-conditioning worked perfectly during my stay. The tv set also worked but had access to a very limited set of channels, mostly marathi; even major or popular news channels in hindi or english were not available. The management needs to think about this and make more channels available. The food served here is good in quality and taste. The portion is good enough for one person. I found the tea served here to be very good and so was the sol kadhi, which is a speciality of the konkan region. I had booked this place through mm t and while checking out, i asked them to provide for a proper bill with gst so that i could submit the same to my organization. I was told that for online bookings they cannot provide a separate bill and they will provide bills for all additional services availed during the stay. I have stayed at many properties across cities, nowhere i have encountered such a problem. The management needs to understand that guests who stay for business purposes are required to submit bills with gst details for their claims to be reimbursed.

This was my third visit to this place.. Food cleanliness everything was good.. However at my recent visit faced an issue with checkin, as some of the old staff was changed and had service issue during breakfast and evening. But would recommend to visit if u are looking for clean rooms and good food.. Owner is helpful - But just a recommendation (new staff should be trained, due to the exceptional service we visited thrice.

I had gone to kanakavali for a business trip with my colleague. We stayed in The Hotel Relax relax for 3 nights. I found the The Hotel Relax pretty good and value for money. The check in process was easy and the staff was very co-operative. The rooms were decent & clean & spacious. The room service was also good and fast enough. The morning breakfast though repetitive, tasted good.

Hotel relax is a nice place to stay. Food served is good. Staff is polite & courteous. Room service is exceptionally good. Hotel relax serves you drinks from its well stocked in-house bar. Kankavli market is around 1 km away & can be reached by autos (if you don’t have your own car) which are readily available. Ek visit to ban-ta hai!

Location is a bit far from rely station. Autos do a lot of haggling. We paid 130 to 150 fir going and cmng from stn to The Hotel Relax. Amenities need improvement lije no hot water flask facility to prepare room tea, bathrooms shd be cleaner. Plus point is food is good, rooms per se are large, clean and comfortable.

Good location, rooms were clean, staff helpful. Food was balanced in taste. Some items were good and some required some modifications. Anyway the stay was comfortable and served my purpose. The room tarrif should have been more competitive. Felt it was slightly on higher side.

Hotel was good, amenities were good The Hotel Relax staff were cooperative but for breakfast only few choices were given.

Window lock was missing that was the only worrying part as safety was a major factor. Good parking space and housekeeping staff was helpful.

Stay was good. Hotel ambiance is very good. Room neet and clean. Staff is very polite and cooperative. But break fast menu need some improvement in quality and verity.

Property location is near highway so very convenient to reach, food is delicious, all amenities are good and well maintained. Service is very good.

Hotel is nice, rooms were cleaned, location is on Mumbai-Goa highway. Only one feedback they should keep wooden mat or non slippery mat in washroom for shower since floor is slippery.

Clean rooms and dining options and food quality is good. Highway touch - ideal for someone who wants to have a night over at kankavli.

I find this property by reviewing it's photos which were exact copy of reality. I came to Sindhudurg for some confidential work at Oros, but still I prefered to stay in Kankavli only by facilities provided to me in Hotel Relax. Thank you

This is my second stay in this The Hotel Relax. The staff is courteous and service is quick. The food was cooked properly and was tasty. The ambience is good.

Very nice stay. Staff is well trained. Specially food was good no complaints on that. They have fine dine restaurant and price match the quality and quantity of food. Was not expecting such good service and hospitality. Definitely go if travel-ling with family.
