hummingbird stay – a beautiful retreat with room for improvement this was such a peaceful and beautiful place, perfect for unwinding. the vibe of the house was amazing, and it felt like the ideal spot to relax. however, there are a few areas where things could be improved: • road condition: the entry road had big potholes and uneven patches, making the drive a bit tricky. fixing a few lights and cleaning up the road would really improve the experience. • breakfast variety: we stayed for four days, and on two consecutive mornings, we were served the same breakfast (aloo parathas). while the food was good, some variety would have been appreciated. • self-service option: it would be great to have a facility like a microwave to warm up food, especially when the chef isn’t around the rest of the day. this would be a nice touch for longer stays. • bathroom water quality: the water in the bathroom was pale yellow, which wasn’t very appealing. • bathroom ventilation: the ventilation system was too small, and the bathroom stayed wet for too long. leaving the window open let in the cold air, which wasn’t ideal in the chilly weather. • towels and essentials: it would help if towels and other basics were placed in the room before check-in rather than being requested later. that said, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the owner’s thoughtful gesture of sending a new year cake made us feel truly welcomed. overall, it was a great experience, and with these minor improvements, it could be even better. there’s always room to grow, and this place has a lot of potential!

hospitality at its best! mr. kunal (prop owner), the heritage home stay was very clean and tidy, we stayed with family and it was very nice and the staff was greatly received, great homely treatment, right from check-in to check-out was to the top treatment and great service received. homestay was very good at keeping the room clean and ensured we had everything for our stay to be comfortable. i wanted to rate them 10 out of 10, i will give to this property – i have promised my family that we shall come here at least yearly 2 times or once again. :-) completely happy entire family members was fully happy and satisfied. value for money. location is prime connected to main road easily reachable. neat and clean beach. washroom are clean and well maintained. restaurant was clean and well maintained. rooms has fans, ac, and attached bathrooms. local sightseeing places are near-by.

I recently had an unforgettable experience at a heritage bunglow in ooty. From the moment we arrived at the property, we were greeted with warmth and were made comfortable. The location itself is a perfect escape - away from the main city area offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and valleys. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed with a heritage touch. The breakfast was quite good and had various options to choose from. One of the highlights of our stay was the warm hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly attentive, offering personalized recommendations for sightseeing, guiding us to hidden gems in ooty, and making sure all our needs were met. Their knowledge of the area and their eagerness to make our stay memorable made all the difference.

the place was good, it is actually a home with good parking space can accomodate 5 or 6 cars. if i am not wrong they should have 5 rooms. i stayed in ground floor the space was adequate. one suggession is to have another plug point because the room had 4 2 was taken by tv and dish, one for ketil and one for heater so we had to remove one to charge our mobiles. apart from this everything was fine, morning breakfast was good.

Pros: 1. Luxurious room. 2. Cleanliness. 3. Parking space. Cons: 1. Water has a pale yellow color. 2. Location in google map is not accurate, so navigating to the property is hard. 3. Lighting is not good in the room. The room remains dark even if you turn on all the lights. Very difficult to change and get ready. 3

wonderful host and beautiful property. good breakfast !! I travelled to ooty with my family and found this property too good for a group. this has 6 rooms. 3 upstair and 3 in the ground floor. so if you are going in groups you can book the entire property. well maintained and elegant property
