The Imperial Green by Aspen.

Pros the property is small but well maintained. The best thing about the place was it's staff. The entire crew was super helpful and courteous. The food served was home-like and extremely delicious (only north indian cuisine. The restaurant is small but really beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean. The views from some of the rooms, restaurant and the terrace were breathtaking. A loud shout out to the entire staff - main desk - mahendra & humayun housekeeping - naveen (the goto person for all your needs, kamal fnb - manish, harish & sunil these guys made our stay all the more special with their warmth. Things to bear in mind - mobile network is a little wobbly. Jio has no coverage. The wifi was awesome albeit a little unpredictable. The location of the The Imperial Green by Aspen. is a little tricky. Melville road is very narrow (barely enough for one car) and is on a very steep incline once you leave the main mall road. We couldn't get out car to go up the incline (inexperienced drivers on mountainous roads, but the The Imperial Green by Aspen. staff helped us to get our car to the The Imperial Green by Aspen. and park it. Thanks a lot to mr mahendra and mr humayun for the help. Accessibility to mall road is difficult and you need to go down a lot of steps to get there. My recommendation would be to rent a bike (get in touch with naveen who helped us get bikes which were dropped and picked up at the The Imperial Green by Aspen.. Please note that the parking space at the property are limited, so you might want to check upfront with the The Imperial Green by Aspen.. Overall an amazing experience.

Property's location - by road, it is as per the map's location and by foot, there are 109 stairs up from the library, boat area which is in the middle of mall road. Climbing stairs is very easy and comfortable for young people. Lake view from room no. 301 is awesome and memorable having a cup of tea with loved ones. Rooms are clean and spacious. The terrace of this property delivered the magnificent and glorious view of naini lake. Parking facility- 4-5 cars easily accommodate there but if your are coming with your suv like fortuner or ertiga, then do come at your risk as it have very much narrow and steep lane( expert driver are most welcome) amenities- towels and toiletries would be better as there is low quality non label soap, cream and shower gel. Apart from all, most of the products are branded like havells brand heater, mini bar, faucet's etc. Enough space for baggage in almirah. Food - will be arranged by sister's concern The Imperial Green by Aspen. property's silverton and found little costly from the menu card. Services-travel desk is costlier in hand and easier available within the mall road or tallital area. Pols don't waste time to ask there. Rooms service is smooth and parking space for 4-5 cars in property's area. Car cleaning and dropping your luggage is properly done by staff on request (don't forget to give them tip as they are not demanding but very hardworking to please you best experience)

There are some stays and holidays which happen very rarely which are just perfect. Firstly the location. Located walking distance from the mall road overlooking the lake & mountains is just perfect with breathtaking views from the rooms and still completely private and free from the street noise. The rooms were extremely comfortable, with clean and hygienic bedding and linen. The chairs were so comfortable, we wanted to take them back with us to our home. Without asking they gave us a heater. We had a perfect nights sleep. The rooms are big airy and overlook the lake. The food is amazing. The restaurant has beautiful decor and also overlooks the lake and mountains. They even have a roof where u can look at the stars, the lake and mountains. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Even though we have seen everything there is to see in nainital i think we will return next year as well. Perfect for couples.

It was amazing stay near nainital mall road. I’ve booked the lake view room with private balcony. The room was very clean and decent. The view from balcony is amazing, you can see the hill and nainital lake from the private balcony while taking sip of tea/coffee. The staff also very humble and cooperative in all ways. It was our anniversary trip so my wife gave me surprise with candle light dinner at their restaurant with mesmerising lake view, the arrangements of the decoration and cake by staff was wonderful! only thing is the reachability of the The Imperial Green by Aspen. is bit difficult since the route to The Imperial Green by Aspen. is very stiff but they have access to mall road via stairs backside of The Imperial Green by Aspen..

We stayed there for 3 nights in may. It was a lake view room which we had taken, which was indeed bit expensive also. Other rooms which are not lake view facing are not good. The room was clean and hygiene was maintained. You will not get toiletries and need to ask for it in-case you are not carrying the same. Room service was decent and food was moderate. The The Imperial Green by Aspen. is not on the main mall road and if you are going by car/can you need to know the route follow the map as it's at an elevation which is most of the times also having 2 wheeler traffic. There is a shortcut for going to the mall road through steps, but vehicles can't go that way. Ask for a 3rd or 4th floor room if you are going for lake view option.

Myself ( dr k k bora) and my wife ( dr iku dutt) went to nainital on 17/07/24 for vacation. We wanted a The Imperial Green by Aspen. near to mall road yet not on the road itself. Hotel imperial green perfectly suited to this. The view of the naini lake and temple from the balcony was superb. You can sit there and relax sipping your fave drink. The only disadvantage is the narrow road leading to the The Imperial Green by Aspen. and a steep walk to it from mall road. Mr naveen and mr rajender took perfect care of us. The food was also good. We really relaxed in the room with a private balcony.

The The Imperial Green by Aspen. is nice and the view is great. The staff was helpful- specially mr. Rajendra singh bisht and ms. Khushi. They helped make my stay comfortable as my parents were with me and my dad has limited mobility. While the The Imperial Green by Aspen. doesn’t have an elevator, they were able to get us a room right next to the parking with a great lake view from the balcony. Mr. Bisht helped with meals suited for my dad. Only drawback is the narrow steep 400m lane from the mall road to the The Imperial Green by Aspen..

We stayed in lake view room (with private balcony. The property is quiet good. It is not big in size but big in worth. From exterior it seems not so much good but after entering in the The Imperial Green by Aspen. we can feel the good. Rooms are worth to the price i paid. Almost all amenities are there which is there in a fine room. Service is good, we were attended with in a minute everytime. Location is near to lake. The staff there was supportive and willing to help. Navin and kashi in the staff made the stay special.

The View From The Room, It Was Amazing. I totally Enjoy This Hotel, Its Spacious, Clean And always Friendly All Staff. Specially Manish 😊 He Is Tttooo Good. The Environment Is wellcoming. The Room Are very clean And food is amazing. The View From The Restaurant Its Also Excellent.
