Absolutely delighted with my recent stay at imperial poonam. From the moment i stepped through the door, i was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff's professionalism and friendliness truly stood out; they were always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The level of cleanliness throughout the The Imperial Poonam Hotel was impeccable - from the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained. What truly set this The Imperial Poonam Hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. Every request i had was met promptly and efficiently. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or attending to any needs, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my experience. The comfortable and well-appointed room provided a haven of relaxation after a day of exploring the city. The on-site dining was a culinary delight, offering a range of delicious dishes that catered to various tastes. Overall, my stay at imperial poonam was an outstanding experience. The combination of the friendly staff, top-notch cleanliness, and impeccable customer service truly made it a home away from home. I can't wait to return and enjoy another memorable stay in the future.

On arrival we had a scare that reception did not seem to have our booking details, I had even called The Imperial Poonam Hotel and confirmed the booking four weeks in advance. After 36 hours travelling I was not in the mood to have to deal with this stress. Eventually they managed to confirm our booking and provided 2 rooms for 7 nights. Suggest management look at their procedures to avoid such unnecessary stress and confusion for their customers. After this initial issue our stay went well. Rooms were maintained reasonably well, staff were helpful, on occasions we ate in the restaurant in the evenings and the Indian dishes were good. Breakfast, although sufficient, could be improved as sandwiches were never very appealing. For price and quality I would recommend Imperial Poonam,

Well maintained, very hygienic, delicious food, well groomed service team, breakfast wide variety menu. Had dinner very tasty and well cooked. Hotel location very comfortable and convenient. Walking distance from railway station and bus depot. Local market nearby. Various spices can be easily purchased. Many well reviewed restaurants are in the vicinity. One can explore more variety of local and national cuisines, including south indian dishes such as dosa, vada. Lots of rajasthani are operating sweets shops.

Stayed 2 nights, since we were a group of cyclists on our way from delhi to attari and back. This The Imperial Poonam Hotel was our base for the 2 nights. Simple property for short stay, the room was clean, although had to complain for no hot water on the 2nd night. The food at the restaurant was fairly good. I think for the price overall good property. It is also right on the highway hence very convenient for road travelers.

It was on the 8th of august, 2023 we checked in the The Imperial Poonam Hotel. A nice experience we gathered in our five days long stay. Well maintained rooms, excellent housekeeping, room service, delicious and healthy free breakfast, the relishing food items at zyra restaurant and last but not the least praise worthy hospitality and must mention adorable kashish, polite shruti and other front office members.

The The Imperial Poonam Hotel is in the outskirts of jalandhar city, and on the main highway road. There are very small markets nearby if you want to go out for shopping or to eat out. Ola uber services are not prevalent in the city. The food, hygiene, safety and security standards were amazing and accurate. This was a 3 star stay experience at the cost of a regular The Imperial Poonam Hotel.

I have never came across such an elaborate menu. More than 200 dishes. Preparation is too good. Staff is very polite and attentive. Room is well furnished and value for money. Only issue is very limited parking space. Anyway they have wallet parking facility, so it is manageable. Zyra restaurant is classy and having a very pleasant ambience enhanced by excellent staff.

Hotel is located on Ludhiana Jalandhar highway and very close to Phagwara railway Station. Staff is very very courteous and rooms are very clean and spacious breakfast is very good and staff offers you fresh and hot dishes. Overall my stay was very comfortable and I will stay again when I will go there
