We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The evening views were truly beautiful, making the whole experience feel peaceful and refreshing. The interiors were tastefully done, and everything was kept spotlessly clean — from the rooms to the bathrooms, which were well-maintained and hygienic. The service was exceptional. The owner, Febin, was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. He went out of his way to help us — whether it was arranging parking, providing a vehicle for our commute, suggesting local attractions, or ensuring we had a good breakfast. He even prepared delicious homemade food for us, which made our stay feel extra warm and personal. The location offered a lovely view, and the whole atmosphere was calm yet inviting. Overall, it was an excellent experience in every way — from cleanliness and comfort to service and hospitality. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, beautiful, and well-managed stay.

Very nice and quiet place, and friendly host. House on the lake was as expected and close by fort kochi.

Stay was wonderful. The backwater view and the winds! wow. The house is well done and it is truly a home. The vehicle cannot go till the house however fab-in has ensured that an auto is available from his side to pick up and drop.

To experience the homestay in its entirety, it can take days! It’s beautiful, and warm. Very comfortable feeling, the host is friendly and helped is a great deal. This property needs to be experienced, because it elevated our tour to a far new level.

I stayed here for a day and this property is beautiful with lovely view. The homestay is spacious, neat and filled with great paintings. Both the bedrooms have ac and well maintained washrooms. The only drawback is accessibility as we have to park the car 1km away. However the owner has arranged auto for travel-ling between parking and the homestay.

Beautiful property, unique experience, it's far, so the owner arranges the auto for you. Though there is parking available in case you want to park your car somewhere. Well maintained, european vibes of the house, zomato swiggy easily accessible. The ferry to go to fort kochi is quite close from the stay. Wifi connection available. Overall good experience.

Fabin as a host is too good, always willing to help you out. The property is also fabulous, just opposite to the water body, which makes it quite breezy. The property also has plenty of rare artifacts. Must visit if you’re in kochi.

The stay offers delightful ambiance, excellent amenities and tranquil surroundings. Perfect destination to escape the daily stresses of life. Additionally, we could conveniently order food through swiggy and zomato. I am grateful for fabin’s help in arranging transportation to the house and i am eager to return for another visit in the future.

An amazing property at wonderful location. All your travel tiredness flew away once you enter in the property. Positive vibes and fresh feelings. The property tells its story with its interior. U will feel the vibes of that era when mr john olive r decorated its interior. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition. Wonderful view of backwater and sunset and that church from the balcony will give you a different experience. The island house has a homely vibe, the place is very clean. There is also a small well maintained garden, an aquarium, and comfortable rooms with air-conditioning. Fabin is a very good host and had basic grocery supplies ready for us at arrival once he got to know we were traveling from far.

A wonderful homestay with the most welcoming host (fabin. The place is a true beauty, all the rooms had their own character and charm. The way to the place is unfortunately a very narrow one but fab-in arranged us rickshaws to take us from our car to the stay and back. He also gave us a home tour and was a perfect host. I would surely recommend this place to everyone who is coming to kochi. Also thank you fab-in for having us in such a short notice.
