Property location good. Building though look impressive from outside absolutely no maintenance in rooms and balconies, dirty with pegions drops. Staffs expects tips with every work. Dirty and unmanaged worst restaurant service with 1 staff and one or two untrained once. Food quality ok.Only good behavior. Total poor infrastructure. New lift.

Very rude behaviour from attached Restaurant Manager. When we complain about a dish in dinner, he said "I will serve the same everytime......You are in my business area... Pay for the water bottle and leave". Even refused to serve us any more after that and forced us to leave resturant without having dinner. Finally we have to order online food at about 10:40 pm. Room appears overpriced. Balcony was never cleaned as long as we were there.

for 2 rooms, 1 night is not worth it for such a terrible hotel. The corridor and the rooms stink like fish. The rooms were non-ac deluxe but were the backside of the hotel. However the rooms have an attached balcony to them, but the balcony was stinky, dirty, filled with beer bottles and, gutka packets and pan spits. Making the rooms stinky. The toilet seat was broken. The bathrooms were dirty. The bedsheets had a damp smell along with stains of food and sauce. The mattress was hard and was not at all comfortable. In one word, it was the most FILTHY HOTEL experience I have had to date. I would never ever suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.

Not so good stay

Location of the property is the only plus point. Rooms are small and not properly maintained. They even don't provide drinking water. The sanitary fittings in the bathroom are mostly damaged or not function properly. The parking space is very limited and always occupied. The food is good but expensive as compare to the other nearby restaurant. The price of the rooms are too high only because of the location. The sea view rooms are only above 1st floor. They will provide 1st floor in the name of sea view balcony rooms but the sea is not visible as there is huge property in front of the hotel.

Very basic hotel with basic amenities

The hotel is very basic with very basic amenities. We had booked ac deluxe room; our ac hardly worked and the ac was not cooling at all. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. In front of the hotel, there was a permanent sewage and always water was overflowing from there; no one bothered about it. So you would have to walk on the sewage water whenever you come out of the hotel. Positive points are staff was very co-operative and the hotel is very near to the beach. Overall hotel stay experience was poor
