The room was clean and had an excellent view from the THE JACKS HILLTOP RESORT KODAI the property owner is a very genuine person. Food was very tasty and homely. But, the owner should consider appointing more staff members. Due to the lack of staff members, room service was delayed a lot. Also, enough stock of milk and cooking stuff needs to be maintained based on the bookings. Because, if we ask for coffee or tea, they say no milk. While eating they say no egg for omelettes. Other than this excellent place to stay and enjoy

Nice room, good atmosphere, friendly staff. I found this THE JACKS HILLTOP RESORT KODAI at a low price in make my trip. I just booked it for a one-night stay with my family. Initially, i had a fear about safety during booking, but this is a residential area; unknown people can't enter here. It is covered by full cctv. But at the top of the hill, we have to climb in 1st gear for 350 metres. It seems like an interior place at night.

The stay and facilities available was excellent. Staff was there through out stay for extending support. There is ample parking space for cars and two wheeler. But there is no space for heavy vehicles. Turning of heavy vehicles will be hectic. But best service and facilities. It requires 5 star rating.

The place is awesome located on the hills from where we can have a good look around the mountains clouds etc. The staffs are also good helped us in everything etc. The rooms are good enough for 2 people to stay in one room. The food service must be improved little bit rest all are good and worth.

Jacks hill top was one of best THE JACKS HILLTOP RESORT KODAI according to the rate. The outside view from the THE JACKS HILLTOP RESORT KODAI was very beautiful. The room was very neat and clean. Staffs are very cooperative, helpful and and very humble

Staying place was amazing but if you have own vehicle choose this resorts otherwise please dont choose kodaikanal to jack's hill stop almost 12 km we paying 500 to reach this resort total disappointed but view was superb mainly service not good

Good service and good stay. Good view in honeymoon suit food and drinks are like home food and shops are not available near the stay but we can order from the room service so they can buy anything for you

Nice location and near property. Need improvement in handling guest requirements and should keep enough stocks of food items to cater the need of guests for coffee, tea and eggs during breakfast

24/7 i got the service whenever i have any issues. And the food is good enough but only thing is sometimes the heater not working properly
