THE JOY RESIDENCY

It was conveniently located although the parking is not convenient they make up for it. The most important is the staffs behavior which was very very nice and courteous. They are very soft spoken and accomodative. The highlight is the food its yummy and fresh. What they might lack in variety if you take the package they make up for in taste. We loved all their preparations. I would recommend to stay here if you are working around the industrial belt.

Hotel staff have taken proper protocol for all the visitors ‘ staff was cooperative, i stayed third time here, nice maintain THE JOY RESIDENCY food quality is good. Recepion staff called me when we were on the way and taken our food order because we reached midnight but they serve fresh and hot food. I will definitely recommend this THE JOY RESIDENCY to others

I visited on 12 of sep and the sevice at reception is fast and good. The room was very well maintained and i was surprised with this arrangement in this price range. In addition i made a request to decorate my room and the property manager himself get engaged into it make it as eye pleasing as he can. But there are always some loose end which can be ignored

Staying at THE JOY RESIDENCY joy was a wonderful experience. Hats off to the staff. My son had exam on the day of checkout so we had to leave early and they provided us with early breakfast even though it wasn’t scheduled. Rooms are properly sanitised, clean and neat. The property is situated on the main road thus easy to locate.

Hotel is situated in balongi, mohali. Connectivity is a bit of concern. However, all other things are perfect. Hotel is decent. Rooms size is okay. Hotel has maintained a good hygeine and the staff is professional. The main thing is the food. Quality and taste is very good.

We stay super deluxe room on third floor. It was very relaxing and safe stay. Clean and well maintained property. Hotel staff was maintaining social distancing and wear mask. Food was also good. I will definitely visit again while coming next time in chandigarh.

Hotel is located at centrel location of mohali. The rooms are big and nice interiors. Staff was helpful. Food was delicious. Overall good and value for money. I stayed second time here. It was great experience. I recommend people at this reasonable price.
