Our stay was very comfortable and views from our room were absolutely amazing. We spent 3 nights here, and the breakfast was good with tasty food overall. The hotel is just 10 min drive from airport. We really loved our experience and would highly recommend The Kaal in Leh

It was great stay with all the facilities available. Centralized heating made the room cozy. Hotel staff is so helpful and gentle. I will recommend this hotel if any one visiting Leh.

I stayed at Hotel The Kaal during my Leh trip and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The hotel has a peaceful, traditional Ladakhi charm with all the comforts you need, especially at high altitude. The rooms were clean, spacious and warm, with lovely views of the mountains. The staff was friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful, they assisted us with acclimatisation tips, taxis and anything we needed. The food was homely and fresh, and the location is peaceful while still being close to the main town. Overall, a reliable, calm and well-managed hotel that made our Leh trip smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Poor service. Rooms full of spider and webs around. Food is also not very good. Lack of basic amenities make the stay more painful.

From check in to check out everything was excellent top notch. It was amazing experience staying at THE KAAL. Hotel ambience is amazing. The food is really delicious. Anu at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely choose THE KAAL for my every stay in Ladakh

Hotel is situated very close to Airport and nearby Zorawar Fort. Try to get Corner rooms in Super Deluxe category for enjoying the morning sunshine and scenic views.

Very poor service, the staff did not care about our concerns. We had asked for emergency number but they did not reply. In region like Ladakh did not have heater

It’s a nice hotel near to airport and having Mountain View rooms. All staff ares very cordial and food is also good.

The hotel falls far short of a 4-star rating. Staff behavior was unprofessional and indifferent. Food service was slow and careless. Rooms and washrooms were dirty and poorly maintained. WiFi was painfully slow. Only one young restaurant staff member showed genuine care. Overall—not recommended until serious improvement.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Kaal in Leh. The location is convenient, close to the main market yet quiet enough for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. They also have good heating and comfortable beds which are much needed in Leh’s weather. The staff was extremely warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with travel guidance and arrangements. Food at the restaurant was tasty with a mix of indian and continental options. Hygiene standards were maintained well. Love their breakfast buffet. I really like the garden area, and the views of the mountains adds to the charm of the property. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Leh, whether for leisure or adventure. I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Actually we stayed at the hotel mountain vibes which is also a property by kaal. We had booked executive room with balcony which had good view of the mountain. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Cleanliness was on point. We had early flight so we left the hotel at 5 am and we were presently surprised to see they had packed us all a breakfast box to take away which was such a warm and nice gesture. They also were very helpful regarding booking of local sight seeing taxi and also helped us get various permits to travel in leh.
