The stay was decent. We had booked an executive room with balcony. These rooms on all floors (except those on 3rd floor) have enclosed balconies which are of no use. However, we could get a room on 3rd room which had an open balcony. The food is decent enough and the location is also fine. The room was spacious and especially the washroom which had ample space.

Memorable stay, the The Kaals team really helped us making our stay great. They provided us food at the hospital also when on your group member had fallen sick due to a bike accident. Helped us getting all our formalities done with the doctors and the return tickets. Ladakh hospitality at its best.

Hotel is located away from the busy hustle bustle of the main streets of the city yet very close to fort road which is the main street of leh. Main market is easily accessible on foot. Very hospitable staff. Very comfortable neat clean rooms and linen. Bathroom with the latest facilities.
