The dormitory room was very closed and the building was 5 storeys and no one was there in that portion of the building where the owner was running the accommodation. The location was also far from the main road with no name plate visible at night. I have just checked at 7:30 pm and checked out at 8 pm the same day. It was horrible experience. Hope mmt look after the same otherwise your loyal customer will fly away. The worst part was no refund policy because of the above reason no one will want to stay out there. I want a refund and action to be taken against the hotel owner because you should know why the customer did not stay.

No wifi was provided inspite of being written in the facilities. No towel was provided. No drinking water. The room and washroom was hygienic. Overall stay was good
