Wonderful stay at the Katoch grand resort, it is such a nice experience waking up to views of snow clad mountains from the room. The staff is professional and courteous. The stay I would say is value for money. The rooms were clean and having a 43 inch smart tv so YouTube and Netflix let us company. Property offers pool table and carrom

We had a very comfortable stay here. Staff is very polite and helpful. They arranged CAB for local sightseeing. The location is excellent of this property. Views are excellent from all the rooms of this property. Food is good at reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place for a quiet and peaceful vacation 🙂

Won't stay here again. The property doesn't have balconies so after a while you start feeling suffocated in the room, only a small window can be opened. No doubt the view from the hotel is amazing on every side and that is the only takeaway of this place. The food was good, no complaints about it, but it wasn't extraordinarily great that you come here especially for that. I visited in monsoon period the light was an issue, what was shocking was that the generator kicked in after the lights went out in the area but after sometime no one from the staff bothered to refill the diesel in the generator and till morning there was no light, when i cane down to the reception early in the morning the person sleeping there simply said that diesel nahi hai and then when i asked for the manager's number i was told that he doesn't have his number and manager is up in his room sleeping. Anyways i threatened the staff of a bad review and left the hotel for a walk, not to my surprise, i saw from a distance that the generator was switched on again after sometime and lights came back on. I understand monsoon is a very lean period for the properties but just for the sake of cutting the budget it is not fair to treat the guests who are giving you business in such a period as expendable. I loved the view though from this property.

Had a wonderful stay at Katoch Grand Resort, Manali! The staff was extremely courteous and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious – some of the best we've had during our trip. The location is perfect, just a short drive to the Atal Tunnel and it also close to Rohtang Pass, which made our sightseeing very convenient. The rooms were clean, cozy, and offered beautiful views. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Manali!

The hotel is situated in a small village Burwa, it is near storii by itc, location is good as it’s close to Solang valley and Attal tunnel . The way to the hotel was jam packed due to tourist season From the moment we check-in we felt a little bit odd and something was off, please consider the detailed summary below: 1. Not a very welcoming staff and no hospitality whatsoever 2. The rooms were not clean even the linen was dirty. I have added pictures for the Bedsheets and curtains it was like never washed ever 3. The hotel is in low connectivity area with an extremely poor Wi-Fi so basic amenities like TV won’t work without Wi-Fi 4. For the month of June it was literally hot for us and to my surprise there was no ventilation and no ceiling fan. A small dirty table fan was provided on request. The rooms don’t have windows that could open or a balcony 5. We ordered lunch to start with it was all burnt and tasted stale. We booked stay with meals and to our worry we were dreading the dinner buffet 6. Upon asking for cleaning the room there was no difference at all 7. To top it all we woke up to a morning with no water in the hotel at all 8. adding to their unprofessional ways they just didn’t communicate us what time water will be available they kept saying next hour and it was almost night Finally we had to leave the hotel in the night hour after all this Whatever money is lost is lost but the experience for Manali is also not good for us My recommendation please don’t fall for reviews on MMT, they are not true I would never recommend this property to a family

Poor Stay
There is some kind of renovation going on inside the hotel. They have given this hotel contract to someone else .Food was terrible. Service was fine, the view from the hotel and overall stay was fine. I wish the hotel could have mentioned this issue with food and renovation carried out beforehand.
