Location is okay. You will not get too many things near by specially an atm is far. The rooms are good but lacks maintenance. Its not value for money as at these rates you will get much much better The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) or may be at a cheaper rate. Besides the elevator was not working and as i was traveling with my family my sr. Citizen mom dad found it difficult to climb the stairs. Their staffs are really good and very cooperative. Lil hyegine and cleanliness issue here as you are not sure that your toilet seats or the glasses are sanitized or cleaned properly. View from the room was good but the tarrif which they are charging us much higher if we compare other The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort)s example evoque. So you ll get better options at a cheaper rate.

I have stayed in many The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort)s till now. But my experience of this The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) has been the best so far. Every single staff here also behaves very well with a very professional. The quality and taste of the food here is very good. The room is also very clean and safe for the guests. And the view of the snow mountains from the window of the room makes your trip a complete success. Vikas rana who is at the reception desk is very cooperative. If anyone goes to visit manali, then i request to all of them that they must stay at this The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) once. It is an amazing place to stay .from staff,room to food everything is outstanding .. Mr. Gagan,Mr Sachin (at restaurant) is really helpful guys really caters us well and service is commendable .The chef cooks really delicious food ,Mr.Vikas Rana ji at reception really good.. Their GM Mr.Pankaj ji is too helpful thanks to Katoch must must must visit and stay .thanks to all katoch staff members. One more point I need to add the The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) gives us a taxi person reference Mr.Raj Thakur ,he is too good and really nice person ,so you can travel in Manali with him.he makes very nice day your for Manali to travel thank you 😊

The location is perfect if you have private vehicle. It's a little away from mall road but also not too far. Rooms have big clear windows and view was amazing. Staff was polite and services were okay for the price we paid. They even provided a heater on demand. It would have been even better if they had better outdoors or a terrace. Breakfast was just okay. The The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) is very close to the bridge that connects directly to solang highway. Saves you a lot of time and you can also bypass traffic. Overall a nice experience. I'll book the same The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) for future trips as well.

It was a really nice and pleasant stay in the The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort), specially staff is really welcoming and cooperative. Room was really neat and clean and The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) made an excellent arrangement for pickup from manali bus stand, thanks to vikas rana and raj thakur for making this trip memorable. Breakfast was really nice with a very good variety. I totally enjoyed the stay. Raj was our guide during the stay and would say he made our trip so happening. And he was always there with local expertise to help us. His attitude and service is excellent and is highly recommended.

I booked this The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) after reading its reviews and actually we had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights/4 days at an amazing deal on mmt. Overall a great stay ~ very polite and helpful staff, peaceful location with awesome views from the room, delicious food, different variety of breakfast everyday, proper cleaning of the rooms and changing of linens, towels on daily basis. For exploring the nearby places they have a contact for taxi cab and its at reasonable price too. I would highly recommend this The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) who prefer peace over hustle bustle.

This is one of the best The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) in manali. The service is good, food quality is good. Only i faced one problem. The scope of dropping to bus stand in The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) scope. But due to bad management i left my bus and due to this i need to stay one day more in another The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) and they charged me 2200 rs for one night. I have paid this this 2200 rs to another The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) due to bad management by kotach grand for dropping.

Great service. Assured quality. View is good. Staff is very good and humble. Hygiene is well maintained. Overall our stay is very satisfied.

It was nice experience. Hygiene and staff behaviour was excellent. Services provided by staff was very fast and good. However food taste was not so good. Location was 6 kms away from mall road, manali.

Trying to make money in all ways!

The katoch grand is a perfect place to stay in manali. It’s close to solang valley and atal tunnel. The room was very pleasant, cozy and clean. Special thanx to varun and staff, they were so friendly and helpful during my stay. That impressed me the most. On my next stays, i’ll definitely check into this The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) again. The price performance ratio is very good.

The food was tasty and nicely cooked; not too spicy not too blend just perfect. The The Katoch Grand By Vivaan (River Side Resort) staff is very friendly and approachable.
