Good hotel. Food is average to taste and no bar.

Hotel is good but i am not convinced about customers being deceived of showing the amenities like bar in the list but the The Kay Hotel does not have one. The breakfast include lot of dishes but somehow the taste is not convincing for a The Kay Hotel of that cost. Otherwise, rooms are big, clean and maintained well.

We have paid for 7 members and 2 kids including breakfast complementary but in reality they asked us to pay for extra bed and children's break fast .After huge discussion they have removed children breakfast amount.
