Kenilworth Resort & Spa

We booked the resort for a week in september. We were travel-ling with an infant so were a bit anxious regarding the stay. The thing that stood apart for me was the hospitality of the staff, each and every person we interacted with was very polite and helpful. The people from the general manager to the housekeeping staff, were super sweet and charming. We had a lovely time with our infant son, the staff was kind enough to allocate a quiet room as per our request. The resort is like 30 mins away from the dabolim airport and was quite easy to reach. The rooms were quite spacious as compared to other resorts in the area. The resort had a large area with green laws to walk. The utroda beach was walking distance from the resort. I have to say that the resort had one of the biggest pools i have ever been into, since it was a mid season, the resort was not crowded at all and was ideal for a relaxing week with the family. A tip for the parent with babies, do get a stroller as the resort has a lot of area to walk, which the baby will certainly enjoy. Also you can take the stroller to the beach as well, and can enjoy with the baby. The food was great too, the in house dining experience was quite conducive when the baby was asleep. Shout out to the ki beachside shack, had decent food there. All in all, it was a lovely experience for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Hoping to visit again soon.

One one of the best in class beach resorts in south goa. Very well managed. Hotel staff is sincere and goes all out to make you comfortable. The room ambiance is quite good. Washrooms need makeover, feel old styled and cramped compared to the price paid. The resort campus is very big and well maintained. A big pool with a moderate sized slide, a jacuzzi, and a pool bar makes it a utlimate hangout place. Direct and quick access to a clean beach makes you go nowhere in a search of nature. I suggest to go to beach in the morning between 8 and 9 for a chance to see dolphins moving freely in water within the visible range. We were lucky to sight 2-3 dolphins on multiple occasions. Breakfast spread was big enough to cover a variety of food, drinks, bakery items, etc. Hotel staff was very courteous and provided us a very tasty chocolate cake as a complimentary from Kenilworth Resort & Spa on my wife's birthday. Real luxurious beach resort.

I stayed at this place in september mid 2023 with my family. Type of room : super deluxe (non beach view) highlights 1. Free stay for a 3 year old kid including the food we ordered with a dedicated children playing area and dedicated toys, all free of cost. The specialty gaming zone is chargeable though. 2. Senior citizens felt comfortable going around the resort without any trouble. Pros 1. Rooms were spacious with all amenities as mentioned in the booking. 2. The almost private access to utroda beach. 3. Pool and jacuzzi was well maintained. 4. All types of cuisines available and beach shack serving goan cuisine. 5. The resort is quite decorated and spacious for good walks and quality time with family. 6. Close to dabolin airport and martins corner cafe. Cons 1. The central slide of the swimming pool, highlighted in the photos, was under maintenance.

Vacation was great. We were traveling with a toddler and an infant, pool slide was amazing, we(adults) too enjoyed the slide. Ambience was amazing, access to beach gives the feeling of private beach. Cool breeze at the beach in evening was just fantastic, we used to be at beach from 6-10pm and enjoyed the serene environment with sound of waves and wind. Property is huge, open area and pool is very well maintained. Food at the restaurant is expensive but great in taste. Special mention : darnell was really helpful. Only improvement area i felt is - rooms and service are not at par with a 5star property and staff at the restaurant is not that pleasing / smiling. We were given a handicapped room without asking or informing us. But stay overall was good because of beach access, swimming pool and food.

The property is beautiful and the food spread is amazing. Had a great stay but was highly disappointed towards the end when we made a small request to the Kenilworth Resort & Spa. The Kenilworth Resort & Spa unfortunately gives preference to new guests and allows them to check in earlier than allotted time but if an existing guest requests for a late check out as an exception that is clearly denied. I don't see why the 2 scenarios are different and why one should get preference over the other. We were travel-ling with an infant and a toddler and got booked on a late eve flight so requested for a slight extension in check out time but the Kenilworth Resort & Spa was more keen on accommodating early check in requests of their new guests which was highly disappointing.

They have a small restaurant that cannot support full occupancy season. It’s a struggle to get a table. You need to find a place for yourself. (reminds me of mumbai virar local) on the one hand staff was busy preparing for holi celebration and on the other hand they were overwhelmed with people waiting for breakfast. Room was not so clean and some of the furniture was broken. Sit out was dirty and could not use it at-all in my 2 nights stay. It was was extremely hot in marjoda and there was no ac in restaurant. So lunch was in a sona. Can’t say if the room was warmer or the food. The food is good tasty and healthy. The food rates were also not bad but so so reasonable for a non ac restaurant. Overall average stay.

Property is beautiful, staff was helpful. I only had one concern, the Kenilworth Resort & Spa gives preference to new incoming guests and allows them to check in early but does not hon-our the request of existing guests for a late check out in case of an exception requested. We were travel-ling with an infant and a toddler and had a late flight but the Kenilworth Resort & Spa was keen on accommodating their new guests early rather than giving us a slight extension on check out. Very disappointing and non cooperative approach. No. Rest everything was fine. But i would like this feedback to be shared with their senior management.

The resort has a good location with nice swimming pools and open air jacuzzi. The biggest pool you can find in goa with a single water slide for kids and swim bar. The rooms are comfortable with decent size but with very small washroom. Every room in all categories have a small balcony attached. Most rooms have lawn view. No shacks or good party places around. The shack is very average and there is no place to sit and view the sea. The Kenilworth Resort & Spa staff is good and courteous. Like most Kenilworth Resort & Spas in south goa the place is booked for conferences and other events which does not give you a good goa vibe.

We stayed at the kenilworth for 2 night's. Its quite close to the airport. I would definitely recommend this resort to all the family traveler's. They have a gigantic pool along with many other fun activities and sports. We tried all of there restaurants and i must say they take the food pretty seriously. They made all the dishes with utmost perfection and served with love. There italian restaurant 'salute' is the best. Thank you kenilworth for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

This can be a perfect place for a holiday at south goa. Hotel spread in many acres surrounded by greenary & a clam sea beach just two minutes walking.

Hotel was occupied with many guests for some event and staffs were over occupied hence they were not able to attend the guests completely, despite that they handled us well, the pool area was under maintenance which wasn’t updated, such updates help us to make decisions on booking the property as kids love pool and if it is missing then there is no fun. Overall it was a good experience

The property is good including the rooms, food is good, pool is huge and the best i have seen and the service is great. It has access to the beach as well overall, i highly recommend this resort and will be back soon.

Its an awesome property with lots of open spaces and greenery. Have not seen a bigger swimming pool in goa. Can't think of going anywhere else when in goa. Rooms are big and spacious and the staff is very courteous as well. Overall 5 star rating for a 5 star resort.

Had the most wonderful stay at kenilworth for my husband’s birthday. The room was exceptional and so was the staff and their service. The swimming pool is absolutely stellar and in itself worth the visit ! food was great too. All in all, looking forward to a longer stay next time. Special thanks to lovelita for the birthday decorations and the cake.

This is our second visit to kenilworth. We loved it the first time so visited again. The kids love the swimming pool with slide, they could spend 3 - 4 hrs there without any fuss. The breakfast buffet, the rooms. Everything was good

The property is fab, the beach is awesome, the promxity to water sports n shacks are spot on, the amenities n pool are the best in the business. They need to add exhaust in the bathrooms n keep the family fun lounge open post 7pm. The resort needs more activities post all the outdoor fun. The property is very beautiful. I visited there to celebrate my first anniversary with my husband and we were impressed by the hospitality. There's a massive swimming pool with outdoor jacuzzi and water slide, which gave us a great experience.

The property is situated right on utorda beach, and has a very big pool. You don't need to go anywhere else just relax on the property.

Very pleasant and comfortable, Kenilworth Resort & Spa amenities and Kenilworth Resort & Spa team was very prompt and attentive throughout our stay
