Neat and clean. Overall ambience is also good. Laundry also well made and delivered in a proper time. Room service was also good.

Booked this place as it was near Chepauk Stadium, place very near by and on main road itself. Room was neat and clean. They have nice restaurant in ground floor, food was very nice. Altogether it was worth to stay if u r looking for Stay nest stadium. The Stay was Nice, It is great place to stay if your visiting to stay for match in Chepauk Stadium. Very Near to stadium and the food in the restaurant is also good.

very clean and spacious toilet. the shower and water pressure is really awesome. loved the rooms and special mention to the good food.

Good location hotels nearby ab pizza hut and domino walkable to marina beach stay was nice.

I stayed in kings park residency for 5 nights and it was overall a pleasant experience. The reception staff were extremely cooperative

Rooms all are not clean very bad smell in room and toilet also not worth money. No smoking board but still smoke in side of rooms. Bed and room size very small

Stay was just okay, definitely not a 3 star hotel. The room was very small, wall were dirty, linen also was dirty, but the bathroom was well maintained.

There's no room service during my stay, moreover no hot water, no sports channels, old comforter and torn bedsheets. I am totally disappointed.

Very nice, near to site seeing places. Rooms are very clean. Maintance is good. Accomidation is good, good staff. Totally satisfied

The hotel is a budget hotel and not a 3 star. Room is small and not as shown in photo. The food served in room was also cold and crockery not as you expect in star hotels.

We were given a smoker room and find it difficult on day 1. To our suprise, few our bags and seets were eaten by rats on 2nd day. You need to inform reception for room cleaning. Other wise, they don't do.

10- 15 walk from beach good hotels near by. There are some tea and juice shops too near by the room was okay, small. I wish it was a bigger shower and bathroom are nice. Most attractive is its near to the beach, if you want to go for early morning and evening walks, away from city traffic.

The room was not clean and do-sent look like a 3500 space. I noticed spilled tea/vomit kinda stains over the bed’s head rest. I asked for upgrade of room but the staff didn’t respond properly ask i booked via mm t

I reached at around 8 pm but still room was not ready.
