The Kuttalam Heritage

It was a good stayy there. But we are disappointed with the bed size - we are the family of 4 - me, husband,8yr old son and 1yr old son. The bed was not enough for 4 ,it can accompany only 2 adult . So be careful with booking rooms.. otherwise it is good stay place...

Location is very convenient. Cleanliness inside the room needs improvement. Food quality is good, however service can be more efficient in the dining room.

Property is good, spread across a few acres, however the rooms need to be upgraded.

Rooms are spacious and neat. The hotel has a new block even though i didn't stay i found it to be attractive

The property was on the main road with easy access and it was set amongst prime mango groves; the ambience was very pleasing and the rooms are very spacious; but for a property of that size and with such challenges in reaching out guests - the service is very poor; staff were couteous when you meet someone - only when you step out to meet someone.

value for the money. Neet and clean bed linens and towels.,swimming pool was good. the gardens maintained well. Clean toilets. Spacious room but the cupboards had a rusty smell. Excellent service. Food were a bit spicy. Room orders were served promptly. Include a few toiletries also; provided only soap and shampoo. Rooms looked shabby from outside Already did a review

Where we booked our room, we had to change it as it was too small and the stair case going up was too narrow especially for aged people. With one bed there is no space available. The hotel has a good location in a mango orchard. But the amenities are basic. We moved to another larger room, forgoing the payment made for this room. Even in the new room we had serious trouble with the AC. We had to call the manager around midnight to fix the AC, the manager is an extremely helpful and nice person Mr. Shenbagaraj. Because if his nature and helpfulness that this place is running. But the infrastructure needs urgent upkeep.

Comfortable stay, peaceful environment, food quality just okay and staff are very cooperative and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Iyappan sir who helped me personally and arranged the car mechanic.

They refused to provide breakfast though it was part of package, the reason they said that it was mistakenly included, we could have argued but ignored and processed to checkout. Ac was too noisy and bathroom tap needed fix. Only positive is very good location covered with lots of trees and green

Too costly old building no maintanance. No water kettle in room, No coffee powder, btea bag.. more than 3000 rs per room. its too costly for this room

Had a pleasant stay. The deluxe cottage is cosy enough for a couple. It’s 2. 5 kms away from kuttalam falls. Staff are helpful and courteous

Very clean and well maintained property. On the state highway and very accessible from major spots. Food quality was very good.
