We arrived early this morning with our 2 year old son. The weather outside was very cold so we requested them to allow us early checkin. But we were informed by the manager that all their delyxe rooms were occupied and can't give it before 12:30 pm. But looking at our sons condition they upgraded our room to a family suite room without any extra cost. I am really oblized with their kind gesture of customer service and humanity.

The location i would say is just opposite to darjeeling bus stand on the main market area. The mall is just 5 mins walk from the The Laali Group-Hotel Queen Darjeeling. The best part was the food, if you want to try some authentic local cuisine then i would suggest this a best place to stay in. And also would like to thank ms indrani & all the staff members for all her effort to make our stay memorable.

Hotel is on a very beautiful and situated on a very good location. Food quality also very good and reasonable. I was upgraded to a suite room at the cost of a deluxe room from where you see the mountains from your room. Excellent service. Staff was very obliging and hospitable. The chef prepared a custom made food with less chilli and salt. Breakfast was very tasty though it had very few options like idly and chutni but it tasted very authentic. Mall road was also just 10 mins walkable distance from the The Laali Group-Hotel Queen Darjeeling. Loved this wonderful place.

We booked this The Laali Group-Hotel Queen Darjeeling late in the evening. We booked a deluxe room for a family of 3 but it was upgraded to a family room. Room quality was also good at this price which we booked. Food we tried some items which were reasonably cost and tasted delicious. Overall good experience.
