THE LAGOON

Room is satisfactory but no water supply in room as well as foul smell in room. No provision for food and no electricity backup in room

I was first given a duplex room where I found red ants on the bed. When I requested a room change, the staff member was polite and helped me. However, in the new room, I noticed a lizard at night on bed , which the staff removed after I informed them. The next morning, while taking a bath, I again found a lizard inside the bath bucket. I feel the hotel should improve the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms to avoid such issues.

There were no arrangement of breakfast and even tea the caretaker was not properly trained and very bad experience

It is not hotel at all, its in jungle only with swimming pool, no staff nobody knows anything, we could not even get tea next day morning terrible place to stay

Nice place. It’s new construction, loved it. Mostly on ground floor, pool and garden area to breathe easy.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment i walked in. The room was not only spacious and immaculately clean, but also beautifully decorated with modern amenities that enhanced my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, my stay at the lagoon was nothing short of fantastic, and i highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Small nice and clean property. Though on the highway still very quiet and relaxing. In summers the pool would add to the fun. Big airy rooms with clean bathrooms. Only improvement could be the breakfast timing. 9 am seems late.
