Awesome stay. Friendly staff and good quality of food too.

We refused to check in by seeing the surroundings and environment of the hotel. 1. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of a busy market place, opposite the biggest fish market in Kolkata. 2. We had to trip over vegetable vendors to enter the hotel. 3. The only staff who came down upon calling several times was in shorts, 5. We, the senior citizens didn't feel staying in that hotel.

Had a great stay with a perfect location,the food was so good too. All the staffs are well behaved and professional.

The location of the property is great, the staff is very well behaved & helpful, the washroom was clean & tidy, I wish the condition of the room was a little better, the walls were old, the sheets & covers were old, & the room size is extremely small, its good for a few days if the location is a priority.

Hassle free and smooth check in. The hotel is ideally located between the T1Terminal and BKC. Breakfast was OK since we were not particular about that. Overall a comfortable stay.

Amenities are good and clean. not given clear communication that breakfast will be served in the room only and not the restaurant. we missed having breakfast though we paid in the tariff

Nestled by the serene lake, it provides stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that is ideal for relaxation. It felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle, yet was conveniently accessible. The food experience was exceptional. The hotel's restaurant offered a diverse menu with both local and international cuisine, all prepared to perfection. Every meal was a culinary treat, and the breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

This was my second stay at the lake palm hotel and i was once again impressed with the extraordinary experience. The property is serene, well-maintained and has all the modern amenities. The highlight is of-course the staff, every single one of them are polite, helpful and extremely professional. Looking forward to staying again at the lake palm when in kolkata. 5/5 stars. That would be all.
