The area around the The Lake Palm, Kolkata is dirty. But the service of the The Lake Palm, Kolkata staff is great. The The Lake Palm, Kolkata doesn’t make a good first impression bcos of the locality but it grows on you if you’re staying for multiple nights

The The Lake Palm, Kolkata is centrally located in south kolkata near kali bar i temple. The staff was very courteous and gave us prompt service. Thecrooms and bathrooms were very clean.

It's a beautiful and excellent stay and the whole staff were very helpful and co operative and the stay was very pleasant over all i suggest people to stay here

the experience was overall good, only the room needs a fresh paint and couldn't find butter in bread in my breakfast. The staff were very much welcoming

Room was quite clean and good. Had a smart tv and was able to watch movies. Wifi was a bit on slower side but these things are understandable

Rooms were clean. All basic amenities available and bathrooms are taken care of. Recommended stay for singles, couples, family!
