The Lake View Palace

The room was different from the the photos and smelly.

Not good, poor experience, not coming there, poor service, hotel room not clean, staff not supportive.

Everything was very bad, no clean pillows, leaking toilet comodes, seepage walls

Noisy at night. More like a hostel stay than a hotel. Breakfast is served post 8am. We had to leave for work at 7:30.

It was a very bad hotel, the manager's behaviour was very rude. Food was too spicy and the chef was not listening regarding our concern. My first and last time stay in this hotel.

Room untidy, foul smell n not worth the price. No lake view. Wash room is pathetic. Old property with zero maintenance.

bad hotel. service is very poor . food is also not good. not value for money . resturent menu - most of the items were not available. in wash room all the item like shampoo ,shower gel etc are already used by someone. at the time of booking ,shows Bar facility is available in hotel but at the time of arrival i found there is no Bar in the hotel.

The location is nice. Lake view is only from restaurants. Hotel service is good but food is not recommended.

The hotel is kind of below average as per price. I have to check out at 7am because i have travel-led by train. But there is no staff available at reception. I called them but no response from their side.

Rooms are good but very less staff available in hotel hence every-time you have to look for staff to serve you. Behavior of staff is good and cooperative. Food is expensive. Location of lake pichola is not 330 meters it's appx 2 km from here.

Very bad experience. Sufficient light is not in d room, two plugs outcof three not working, toilets are not clean, no complementary soap, no complementary water(when we asked then they guv e two bottles, complementary breakfast n dinner k naam pe bakwas khana, jo entry make my trip me dikhaya hai that is not there, poor entrance n dangerous lift. Make my trip shoals check ds type of issues, otherwise all d toutusts have to face ds
