Our stay was incredible at The Lalit Chandigarh, the staff were polite and helpful. The food was the only thing that made it a 4 star rating as there are a lot of local food stops nearby with better food than the hotel. Although The buffet in the morning was incredible.

Checked in, basic amenities like a TV remote, 2 towels weren't present in the room. the booking was for 2 people. when confronted they said that the check in was late and that is why we didnt give 2 towels. very un professional. they had the audacity to. Had asked for beverages from room service, they didnt send an opener. Awful cumulative experience.
