Hygiene: 4/5 The The Lalit Mumbai was generally clean and well-maintained, with no bugs or dirt anywhere. However, I was provided with ripped comforters and bed sheets, which was disappointing. Additionally, the toiletries upon check-in were only provided for one guest, despite the reservation being for two. Items like a single brush, comb, and slippers were insufficient. Front Desk and Staff: 5/5 The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic—super helpful and accommodating! Any additional requests were handled promptly and without any hassle. From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond. I also used the concierge service, which was efficient and made the process smooth. Hotel Space and Inclusion: 5/5 The The Lalit Mumbai is spacious and very well-maintained. I was impressed by their inclusivity, as they have staff from all walks of life, including members of the LGBTQ+ community and individuals with Down syndrome working across departments. This level of inclusivity is truly commendable. Food: 2/5 The food experience was underwhelming. I would rate it a 2/5. The kitchen could definitely improve in terms of variety and quality, especially when compared to similar price-range The Lalit Mumbais like Marriott. Breakfast service was slow; I had to ask three different people and wait for six minutes just to get a bowl for sambar. For in-room dining, we ordered their special pizza, two hot chocolates, and one tea. The tea never arrived until we called again, and the pizza came cold, with dried-up cheese. This is one area where the The Lalit Mumbai needs significant improvement.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and i found the staff to be proactive in ensuring guests' needs were met. A minor area of improvement could be the speed of room service, as it took a bit longer than expected on one occasion. However, the staff was apologetic, and the quality of service made up for it. Overall, i would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We booked a room in lalit as it was the closest 5 star The Lalit Mumbai near to the airport. My nephew was traveling to london for his masters, and we wanted to give him a luxurious farewell. Hence we choose lalit where we had the best of times with comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff were extremely helpful and warm. The inhouse restaurants too were great and we also got a chance to meet the great kashmiri chef sabrina and enjoy her amazing food. The rooms had excellent amenities and services. Overall we enjoyed our memorable stay at lalit which will be cherished by my nephew before his departure to london.

The lalit is in a class of its own, your enter the lobby and you realise you are entering the epitome of luxury. I stayed with my son for 2 nights and the experience was wonderful. Luxurious rooms welcomed and treated us. Breakfast was good but little below par than what was expected at a 5 star The Lalit Mumbai, specially the space in the restaurant where breakfast was served could be upgraded. Overall a beautiful stay.

There were hygiene related issues which you often don’t expect in a luxury or premium property. While it caused significant issues during my stay, it was later handled very well by mr. Sachin kumar and his day team, compensating for the problems! thank you to the team for their professional conduct and i hope they take the right steps to improve customer experience.

It was a great stay, the place feels like a premium stay and it is indeed. Big property and a great swimming pool. The room service is a bit slow, we had to call 2 times at-least for a specific request. Once we were told that towels were not available. We don't expect this from a luxury The Lalit Mumbai. Also the breafast spread is very limited.

Lalit mumbai is fantastic building near international airport. Receptionist staff was very excited and cooperative. Room was good but little less than 5star. Bathrooms was nee t and cleaned. But breakfast service and menu did not compete 4 star The Lalit Mumbais in dubai and dehli everything was safe. Overall experience was very exciting.

I liked the overall ambience of the The Lalit Mumbai. Staff of that The Lalit Mumbai is very helpful and polite, pays attention to details. Food quality is top notch, i tried their two restaurants as well.

Very close to the airport, breakfast was exceptional, awesome view of the airport from the room, room service was also very prompt and The Lalit Mumbai itself is awesome, luxurious interiors and wonderful ambience, at concierge mr akhtar was there who is very thorough gentleman and very dedicated to his job

I found this property through makemytrip. The lalit is affordable with good clean neat rooms and the breakfast provided was excellent and tasty. Mine was a very short trip with a few hours stay after arrival from uk, but the stay was homely
