I recently had the pleasure of staying at the lalit, and i must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly "namaste" from everyone in the lobby, setting a welcoming and hospitable tone for my stay. A special thank you to saloni, the guest services manager, whose professionalism and attention to detail made my stay seamless and comfortable. Her dedication to ensuring a perfect guest experience truly stood out. I would also like to extend my gratitude to ravi and ankit, the housekeepers who took care of my room. Their meticulous attention to cleanliness and their courteous demeanor were greatly appreciated. The room was always immaculate and well-stocked, thanks to their hard work. Overall, the staff at the lalit made my stay memorable with their exceptional service and genuine hospitality. This was our first visit to the leela palace jaipur. I went with my parents, my wife and my 2 yr old kid. I was lucky i met mr. Bijasen there who took extra pain in arranging decors for my dad as it was his bday and also got us upgraded to a plunge pool villa. He was very proactive in all the departments and also very courteous along with being helpful. We also met mr. Abhijeet at the dinner who is there as asst. Manager f n b who also guided us in making the best choices for food. We had an exceptional breakfast the next morning with server mr. Abhishek serving us very promptly, with a smile on his face. We had an amazing outing at the resort, enjoyed thoroughly the lavish pool, jacuzzi. We were also welcomed with a great chocolate mousse cake which was very fresh and sumptuous. I recommend this place to eveyone looking to have a break from your daily lives. Thanks

Amazing stay. The rooms were very clean and aesthetic. The The LaLiT New Delhi has lot of art works displayed all around the lobby and other places which you can enjoy. The breakfast is generously spread out. The 24/7 bar also has lot of events on the weekends for party lovers. However, the service is a bit slow. It could possibly be because of the huge area but would have appreciated for a quicker room service. The gym and pool timings could be extended upto 10 pm, everything closes by 8 pm. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is not just a The LaLiT New Delhi for my friends and i but a place where we have out annual reunion and we can disconnect from our busy lives and relive those hostel days once again. The location is the reason why we choose this The LaLiT New Delhi every year as it is so close to the cp that we (group of 3 girls) strut out and about in the most happening place of delhi without worrying about having to leave early for the The LaLiT New Delhi. The staff is very cooperative here. Love the hospitality. It feels like home.

To start with, the location is the first point i want to emphasis on, it’s in centre of the city and very much accessible to most of the shopping, eateries & monuments. Amenities have been good here though i couldn’t use much of them, but can be improved for kids if possible. Staffs n service has been the highlight of my stay. They are extremely friendly and ready to offer any service with a smile, my kids love the stay here. Though i have been a member with taj, oberoi & ihg i just loved staying at the lalit.

We recently stayed in the The LaLiT New Delhi for 2 days and had a excellent experience. Rooms are very clean and big. Room service was very good. Buffet breakfast was very good and has extensive options. Taste was excellent as well. Location of The LaLiT New Delhi is an advantage. It's located near rajiv chowk which has many stores and restaurants. Barakhamba metro station is near by as well. Overall a great experience.

Absolutely thrilling and amazing hospitality. I had booked an business suite with them but the room was not upto my expectations. I requested them to allot me a different room - even after running in through a high occupancy they upgraded me to a corner suite. This is not the first time they have upgraded my room. So very happy with the facility, hospitality and room services. Absolutely a true 5 star experience.

We had a great experience at The Lalits. While at the reception we told them that since we arrived early can we have a early check in they checked in their system and gave me an early checkin . the rooms are very clean and the morning breakfast had a lot of variety… I had a wonderful stay at Lalit and I would strongly recommend people to come and experience their hospitality..

Lalit as always my first choice whenever i plan for delhi visit excellent stay, excellent food, excellent hospitality

The stay was super comfortable and the hospitality was way beyond the standard level. The rooms were clean, housekeeping was good. Looking forward to staying at the lalit again.

Good hospitality. Rooms were very good and comfortable. Only in room dining service was poor. Breakfast and dinner was good.

The saltay was amazing, the food was good but the real thing was the staff. I saw the working hard but the still were very humble. Thank you all for making my stay feel like at home.
