The Lalit Traveller

We stayed at Lalit Traveller section of The Lalit Traveller which is separate from The Lalit Jaipur even though they are in same building. Rooms were clean and spacious. No complains as far as infrastructure and facilities are concerned. But they do need to improve on customer handling skills at front desk as there was no systematic order like first come first serve basis. They asked us to wait which is fine but took more than usual time to finally allocate a room that too I had to keep checking at the reception if they were free. Also next day during breakfast they did not note our room number to bill the charges which we reminded them during checkout. I guess it should have been handled with a Thank you and charged at the counter itself but then it took more time for 24 by 7 restaurant to get my signature first and then post the bill. I think that's what make a difference between good and great and one extra star in service.

I would like to appreciate the The Lalit Traveller for their rooms and cleanliness, but the most annoying thing was that the response were not given on time. As we entered the room, there was a spark behind the tv, so we quickly removed our card and called at the reception for help. A guy came 10 mins later and when I asked him if he was sent on our call, so he informed he came due to the fire alarm to check if we smoked inside. Although later the staff apologized but it was quite terrifying to know that they didn't reacted to our call when it was a serious issue. One day we ordered something in our room, and it never came. Please take good care of your guests and maintain your hospitality.

It was a luxurious and a really pleasant stay. I just faced one issue, when i got in the room, it didn't have the basic shower/washroom necessities. I later did call and they did come and apologised for it. Also there was some issue with the shower which was fixed too. But as a renowned chain of The Lalit Travellers, these issues shouldn't have occurred while the guest is staying. It couldn't be dealt with beforehand! but the truly enjoyed the stay and the breakfast menu was absolutely lip smacking! as any issues that i faced were resolved i'd give you a 10 out of 10. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you the lalit, jaipur!

Got a good deal on MMT or else cannot afford this The Lalit Traveller. Guess the Lalit Travellers is for people who cannot afford 'The Lalit' The rooms are also in a different part of the The Lalit Traveller. But no complaints ... Rooms are fine, guess they would be better in the other wings. The staff, especially at the Reception and Concierge are very helpful and co-operative. Food is costly but that is because it is a costly The Lalit Traveller. Ambience is very good. Maintained well as a The Lalit Traveller. Location is slightly away from local restaurants or the market. Otherwise nothing to complain. Good place.

When we plan our trip to jaipur. Our main tension was, where we stay. We didn't know about jaipur. This is our first visit to jaipur. We constantly searching the The Lalit Travellers those are suitable for us, but they are very much expensive. By the grace of god, we found the lalit traveller. This The Lalit Traveller is very much affordable. The staff are too good. Each and every member of the The Lalit Traveller is amazing. They greet us very sweetly. They talk very politely. I recommended each and every person to visit this play. Thanks the lalit traveller for everything.

I stayed at The Lalit Traveller. I was very happy and would definitely recommend it to colleagues and fellow travelers. However, a few improvements could be made. I stayed in the premium room for 2 days, and the bed and pillows needed maintenance. The bed seemed old, was floppy and I ended up with severe upper back pain, right where the bed seemed to dip down. The pillows seemed like the life had been beaten out of them. Apart from this however, I had no complaints, was well taken care of and will definitely consider staying here my next visit.

The The Lalit Traveller is located very close to the airport. Nice spacious room. Zomato delivery available. Staff is extremely courteous. The breakfast is super amazing and healthy and until 10:30am for people who aren’t early risers. Welcome drink always served in the lobby area as the reception is mostly busy. Ved and company from reception and umesh and company from restaurant have been extremely helpful.

The rooms were excellent. Stayed at the property for business travel. They have a separate wing for travellers, which makes it affordable. The rooms were clean the bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms were **** and span. Managed to use the fitness centre and it was excellent ... A perfect way to start the day. Very courteous staff .. A must visit

A good place to stay I feel completely free to go anywhere in The Lalit Traveller. Near to airport. Near to shopping malls. Rooms are so comfortable air conditioner are dam good. I would love to go back if you provide me a quality service with some complimentary upgrade or discounts.

Hotel stay was very pleasant. It is a luxury place with prompt services. It is very close to airport and few malls and eating joints are located close to it. Yhr The Lalit Traveller serves finger licking food along with impressive hospitality.

Hotel is fantastic ... It is worth of money ... Hotel interior is awsame and room is very good also room service is good and staff is very co operative. Hotel lobby is nice look and pool we can enjoy very much this trip.

Good place for stay but his staff service is very poor. I had requested to staff for baby chair two times in break fast, but staff had ignored us. I called the staff for fresh knife and spoon, they given us when i finish my breakfast.

Everything was good. We loved the stay.

Excellent rooms, clean and tidy room, great hospitality, will recommend a stay here for everyone visiting Jaipur. Good location too.
