Room and washroom not clean and bed quality also up to standard as they mention heritage rooms.

The hotel room is average, and there is poor service from staff. The food is average. Amenities are not properly working in the rooms.

We had a great experience staying at the Lavitra hotel. Staff was very friendly and cooperative.Food was amazing( I would recommend everyone to have there meals at least dinner here only, breakfast was included )Rooms were very clean. It’s a well maintenance place and it’s also very reasonable. Pool experience was great.You will have a royal experience here and also at a budget.

Food is good, property is clean, location was nice. Room needs better lock system but overall it’s a nice stay!!

Only rooms are okay but service is not good as per rent price and surrounding area is also not good for walk I personally give review about this hotel 5/2.

I saw a cockroach inside the room, also the rooms were in below average condition. Not worth the total amount paid. The included breakfast was above average the taste was decent. The condition of bathroom and washroom was average.

The location is good, the breakfast buffet is below average, Service issue with Staff , hygienic issue

best part children frirendly swimming pool. clean hotel view from hotel to fatrh sagar lake is not upto the mark. Redtaurant food is good but service is slow. Staff is friendly

spacious hotel.good to stay near fatehsagar lake.but electrical switches need to be maintained.hot water problem to bathe is there. breakfast is good. swimming pool water is not clean.ac condition not good -no swinging in short,not maintained well.if they try, it will be best property to stay.

torn towel, smelly room , average quality food and no water bottle in the room actually nothing is in the room you have to call and ask for everything. facilities mentioned in the list of inclusive items like hot water kettle, sleepers ect are missing.

The property was nice according to budget everything was good, The breakfast was also good view from property was great nicely made and maintained by them.

its a average stay but check in day was no water bottle put up in room.no coffee makers put in tray.check in process was smooth.
