Ms. Kayanat from reception, helped me to check-in with the best possible option to stay ( which i really liked. Narendra from house keeping was very prompt to provide the quick room cleaning service and fulfilled all the requests. We had dinner and breakfast in the The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel and Residences restaurant, the food was delicious. All the staff tried their best to give us a pleasant stay. The overall experience was quite well. The food & services were worthy a praise. Entire staff was very courteous as expected from a luxury property & nicely playful with kids as well. The only downside could be the suite which is old, seeking maintenance & asking for upgrades. Even the view from our suite wasn’t great at all. Though i requested for a good view room on my anniversary & expected a woodland view but ended up with another commercial building view. Last i stayed somewhere, i was asked about someone’s bday or anniversary falling which was missing. Nobody even offered a glass of water to my wife & kids while i was completing the chk-in process till i requested for the same.

They were kind enough to arrange for 2 complimentary event cakes for us going above and beyond in one instance. The food was great, the spread was good and the service was prompt. However the mocktails could be better. Also, we scheduled a wake up call at the reception but that never came through. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. I would totally recommend this The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel and Residences for a mini vacation/staycation.

The stay was really peaceful and the property was beautiful. My only recommendation to the property would be tad bit faster room service. I understand based on the size or the The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel and Residences, but it being leela, this is expected!

I had a nice experience at leela ambience, gurgaon. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the checkin experience. The in-room dining experience was also nice. The rooms are spacious, have a cozy feeling, the air conditioning was working well and the room was not humid. The room lights control remote came in handy during my stay. There was no smell of any kind either. The The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel and Residences staff was welcoming and courteous.

It was good but the rooms were a little suffocating, the amenities, services, hospitality and the food was all good.

Our holi getaway staycation experience at the leela ambiance gurugram was fantastic and we have had an excellent experience both hospitality and mouth licking food.

It was really nice leisure time in leela. Breakfast was awesome. Everything is live. We enjoyed a lot.
