I stayed for a few days (4 to be precise) at the leela and everyone from the entrance greetings to the receptionist (ms. Karishma) to housekeeping services were truly exceptional in what they do. The place is very warm and welcoming in nature and the citrus room food was simply amazing in the offerings and service they provide. Different offerings in the food all the way from traditional gujarati to north and south indian offerings along with a variety of ice-cream flavors (yes i recommend to try the butterscotch ice-cream if you’re a fan of it, almost all parts of the stay upto and including checking in and checkout was flawless. The staff also helps in carrying luggage and offering rides to and from the ahmedabad airport for guests. I can’t overstate how well mannered and friendly the service is and recommend anyone looking for majestic views from their room to try the leela. Once you try it, you will not want to go anywhere else. I definitely plan to return to the leela, if visiting again.

We had an excellent short stay in The Leela Gandhinagar leela. Right from the welcome at the front office to the services and experience at the The Leela Gandhinagar was very good. Priya, the guest services executive who ushered us to the lounge for the welcome drink and later to our room was all smiles and pleasant and professional. The food in diya restaurant and was quite good though the services could have been better. Prarthana at the restaurant made all efforts to take good care of us. The breakfast at citrus, had good spread. And some dishes were delicious. The croissants could have been small and softer. Overall a very good stay.

Most of the locations are nearby the leela, gandhinagar. This was our first visit to gandhinagar and since i was traveling with my wife and 3 year old child, so i wanted some space where they can be safe and play around while i am out for work during the day time. They enjoyed pool area, played in kids area, and lots of photoshoot at gajebos. One of the best part was the food quality. The food here is delicious. And the breakfast has so many options for everyone. We stayed here for 4 days and found the staff to very cooperative and they helped us make our stay comfortable.

Hospitality is a very good check in time and should be adjustable according to flight due to which we face issues and pay extra for the same while we book flight and The Leela Gandhinagar as per planning due to reschedule in flight time we suffer issue in The Leela Gandhinagar part as paying extra for the same
