The Leela Mumbai

Our stay at The Leela Hotel was nothing short of outstanding, and a huge part of that was thanks to Akshit Sharma. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. His warm smile, prompt assistance, and thoughtful recommendations made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. Whether it was arranging smooth check-ins, helping us plan our local excursions or making sure we had everything we needed in our room, Akshit was always one step ahead. His attention to detail and genuine care truly made our stay memorable. The The Leela Mumbai itself was stunning — luxurious rooms, excellent amenities, and delicious food — but it was Akshit’s hospitality that really stood out. He made us feel more like guests in a home than customers in a The Leela Mumbai. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories, thanks in large part to him. I left feeling refreshed, impressed, and already planning my return. We can’t wait to return — and we’ll definitely be asking for Akshit again!

Stay at The Leela Mumbai was excellent. Starting from check-in which was very smooth and hardly took less than 5 mins, thanks to Sagar at reception. The pool view room with bathtub was great, very neat and clean with no spots, both the bed and the washroom. All the amenities were there, more than what we want. The food at the buffet breakfast had much varieties and all delicious, nothing more can ask for. Great service by Roshan, Sushank, Arpita etc. and in-house private dining, specially want to mention Mann who is doing excellent job. Suresh from room cleaning also showed great support. The property is just awesome with great space in the city like Mumbai. I would be surely returning back as the schedule permits. Thanks for great hospitality The Leela team and management

I had an incredible weekend stay at The Leela Hotel Mumbai. The check-in process was seamless, with friendly staff ensuring everything was swift and hassle-free. The room was absolutely stunning, spacious, and meticulously designed, offering the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The property itself was equally impressive, with an elegant lobby and expansive grounds that made the experience feel even more special. The highlight, however, was the food — the buffet dinner and breakfast were nothing short of amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied every craving. Check-out was just as smooth, making the entire stay incredibly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival my wife and I were warmly greeted by the security staff as well as reception staff. Reception staff upon my request immediately resolved the double booking confusion. Concierge, baggage staff and room attendant very extremely helpful. The Buffett breakfast was very sumptuous with wide choices. Overall it was an excellent stay in all categories !

The stay was amazing with the food and cordial staff and beautiful ambience. Highly recommend this place if someone's looking for a 5 Star experience at a reasonable price. The rooms are crisp n clean, food was something that you are spoilt for choice.

Leela Mumbai facilities are excellent. Rooms are well maintained. Staff is polite. Food is excellent, especially the breakfast. Both food quality and variety as well as service are top notch.

Leela Mumbai is a good property however a little old. Very close to Airport T2 terminal. I was expecting a much better food but the taste of the Food served in the buffet was just average.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa services were top-notch.

Excellent service, food and amenities were excellent. The pool was closed for an event, but they arranged a car for us to go to another The Leela Mumbai and use the pool there.
