The Leela Palace Bengaluru

Spacious room, service was prompt, staff were kind, warm, and helpful. The bathroom was well kept and room temperature was pleasant. We had a minor issue with the tv which got sorted out in minutes, thanks to the staff. Couple of areas of improvements : 1. Parking path could be better 2. Parking area can be better, especially for 2 wheelers. 3. The connectivity between the parking and the lobby can be much much better. It didn't have any 5 star property feel. 4. Valet service was not visible or available to us and neither were we offered. 5. Lunch "or" dinner option is not customer friendly because when we picked dinner on day 1, lunch on day 2 was not available. 6. On the day we checked in, lunch was not available for us. This was annoying to say the least. 7. Coffee french press - everyone might not be familiar, so maybe it'd be helpful if a small visual guide is present with it. 8. 1 or 2 tender coconuts as part of the complimentary food in the room makes sense during hot summer time between march and may-end. 8. Better sound proofing of rooms are needed as traffic sound was constant and not pleasant on the ears. Overall we liked our stay. )

We had booked a one night stay just to feel pampered and relaxed from our daily routine. The welcome was grand, the check in was smooth and the room was more than what we expected. To begin with we took a tour of the beautiful green property and headed to have lunch at citrus restaurant. Citrus serves buffet in all 3 meals. Then we went to the spa to get some massage to relax our bodies. Great staff they have at the spa who not only explained the process but also served us tea after the massage. Later we went for a swim where there were quite some people chilling in and outside the pool. There's a poolside bar from which you can order alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks too. Very courteous and helpful staff. Everyone attended with a smile and kindness. Overall a very very good stay and great food options too.

I recently attended a business meeting at the leela palace bangalore and i must say it left a lasting impression. The ambience is nice and cozy, enhanced by the touch of greenery that adds a refreshing element. The attention to detail in creating a welcoming atmosphere is commendable. The facility is versatile, suitable for various events, including business meetings and birthday parties. The spacious layout accommodates different needs, allowing for a seamless and comfortable experience. The amenities provided were well-maintained, and the staff exhibited professionalism throughout. What stood out to me was the efficient service and the overall positive vibe of the place. The management seemed attentive to the needs of guests, beautiful ambiance, stay with vintage royal vibes

It was a fantastic stay at Leela Palace Bengaluru. The overall experience was great. They welcome their guests in a royal way. My daughter likes this most. All the staff members are very well behaved and welcoming their customers with their smiling faces. You can have all the luxuries in this palace and feel royal in your every step. Our room was upgraded from Royal premier to Terrace Suite which was a surprise for us and we liked most. We checked in during the World environment day and they presented one soft toy to my daughter and one indoor plant to us as a token of love which we also liked most. We liked the breakfast spread and it was one of the best. Great ambience and heritage feeling at this property.

Our trip to leela palace was on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. Unlike other star The Leela Palace Bengalurus out there, we selected leela based on the ambiance and lush greenscape. We were really impressed with the generosity and politeness of all the staffs especially satya & riti, who hosted us throughout the trip and made it a memorable one. From surprises, quality of food, the ambiance - everything was more than our expectations. I highly recommend the stay. Thank you, leela palace.

We stayed there to celebrate my birthday. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Food was very delicious and spread was great. Landscape could easily be termed as one of best that i have come across in india. We got feeling that we are royals living in a palace cum garden. Few areas of improvements-spa-ladies section-steam bath was not working, man section-steam bath needs improvement on floor and steam generation. Library bar-people need to be more friendly and attentive to guests!

Had planned a staycation during my parents'anniversary. And i must say, it was the best decision. What an experience. Not only the stay part, but the entire anniversary celebration. Special shoutout to our assistance mr. Himanshu, who was an impeccable and warm host. Grateful for the service of mr. Himanshu and the entire stay staff and food and beverage staff of the leela palace. A must experience for everyone at-least once. Thank you once again!

The leela palace - bangalore, is true definition for luxury and comfort, warm receiving. Hassle free check in. No attitude, warm gesture by the front desk, super luxury rooms to choose from. Wide spread buffet at citrus, coming to heritage style library bar, they make awesome cocktails, my favorite is moscow mule, well maintained large pool with privacy. Gardens to talk a leisure walk. Finally a word from experience'stay in leela to feel it.

It’s luxurious and classic, it let you live in indian culture. They do aarti (traditional way of lighting) which feels like home. I had backache issue due to bed matrix but they really took care of it and made my travel very comfortable. Best in bangalore i must say

Great stay. Room was spacious and the food at jamavar was excellent. The The Leela Palace Bengaluru arranged for special celebrations for our anniversary, which was icing on the cake.

Got upgraded room, room was very good. Best part was buffet. I had taken both breakfast and lunch/dinner buffet which was excellent.

They maintain a high quality hygiene and food standard. Value for money.

Overall it was a good experience. We liked how clean the The Leela Palace Bengaluru is and everyone was promot. The food could have been better.
