Every detail, from the elegant décor to the thoughtful amenities, contributed to a truly relaxing atmosphere. Highlights of my stay was the amazing Veg burger and breakfast buffet. My daughter loved the burger and as per her it was the best burger she ever had (I also agree with that). Breakfast was incredibly diverse, offering a wide range of options to suit every palate. The chef customized some dishes for us as we eat Jain food. The quality of the food was exceptional, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there was something for everyone. Overall, The Leela Palace provided a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Chennai.

Pros: 1. The gorgeous view from our room! felt so peaceful staring at it. 2. The bathroom was large and beautifully designed. Loved having 2 sinks. The amenities smelled incredible. 3. Breakfast spread was large, varied and tasty. Cons: 1. Service overall was slow and not what i am used to at equivalent The Leela Palace Chennai chains. No amenities in bathroom, took a while to get it when called for. Was not given wifi details or breakfast information at check in or to the room. Took forever to get my coffee order. Overall, i'd recommend one stay just for the view, the bathtub and bath salts, the food, and the beauty of the The Leela Palace Chennai. I just wish the service was on par with the tajes and the oberoi.

Leela palace chennai was comfortable and clean and we had a great four day stay. Their lounge and the main dining restaurant (spectra) had fun, positive, high energy vibes. The lounge was a great place for our group to gather at different times of the day. The cafe service to the lounge area was superb and the staff very polite and friendly. Diya and sneha at the front reception area were great. So were many others in the welcome area. Always checking on us if we need anything or if they can help. Muthu in the cafe/spectra area was super helpful and cheerful too! our room was perfect and clean and smelled nice always. Thank you leela palace team!

Wow ! one of the best The Leela Palace Chennai in chennai with awesome sea view and other amenities, they welcomed us nicely with garland & welcome drink and got super fast checkin, front desk staff where very helpful and friendly, rooms was very spacious and neat, balcony view is mind blowing. Swimming pool really very well maintained my son enjoyed a lot, breakfast was nice with lots of varities & we got complimetry cake too for my wife birthday, the The Leela Palace Chennai staff were so kind especially anubhav, tushar, sameer and karthikeyan definitely will visit again will refer friends and family too overall experience 5/5.

I recently stayed at the Leela Hotel and had a mixed experience initially due to some issues with check-in and room service. However, the outstanding hospitality of the management truly turned things around. A special thanks to the manager who personally listened to my concerns and provided a complimentary airport drop-off and check-in service. These thoughtful gestures made our departure smooth and left us with a positive impression. Despite the initial hiccups, the dedication to guest satisfaction at Leela Hotel is commendable. Looking forward to staying here again!

Everything about the The Leela Palace Chennai was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The leela experience sure does live upto its name! our experience was extremely beautiful with helpful staff and the best hospitality i’ve experienced in chennai. The rooms were beautiful, the facilities were amazing and i’m sure ill be staying here again. During checkin the staff made sure all my needs were taken care of with the utmost hospitality and even got us an upgrade which was really amazing. We had a wonderful time. It made our anniversary even more special!
